During my one night stay, housekeeping missed the mark because I received a room with not so clean bathroom and trash still in the room bin. Other than those details, the place seemed nice. The breakfast was great.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at , rooms, staff all perfect, the hotel restaurant is one of the best in marmaris and the beach area at the front is so relaxing and the guy who looks after you , is one of the friendliest people you will meet , be back next year for sure

Very good location: right in front of the beach. Hotel itself is a bit worn-out, I guess it's because of it's was always full before the pandemic. But rooms are very clean. I first got a room facing the beach side, and it was very noisy because of the music from the bars and restaurants. Also, the room was actually for 2 people with 2 proper beds. As there was 3 of us, they added one folding bed for the 3rd person, but didn't tell us anything and charged us full price. The next day they offered us another room, less noisy (not the beach side) with 3 proper beds. But it was also noisy because of the room ventilation or air conditioner (not sure what it was). Breakfast was edible, there weren't many options, but it was okay. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is beyond amazing. Right by the water in the middle of the city... They provide breakfast it was very good as well. The only thing that it turned me off big time was the carpet wasn't clean at all as you walk between the rooms. That was very unprofessional from the management team ! It was very very noticeable
