the room was small and dirty smelly when i complains they told me that what I book, I off to pay £50 to get a clean room and one that I can move around in , it is definitely not a 5star hotel it more like a3 stars

Hotel staff are bad rooms are very dirty very hard to Commnication nicare with staff they understand only turkish language. They are un helpful at all.

Many of you are reading a lot of good reviews about this hotel but I have stayed in so many hotels and I can clearly say that this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. I am not prejudice or because I had bad experience, I put my hand on my heart and here is the truth but the truth only. Huge queue for food, you get your main course with difficulties, by the time you get other side things your dinner is freezing. Food was all the same things cooked in different way. No sunbeds around the pool. I woke up even at 6am no sunbeds. The pool was crowded. No space to have a clear few yards of sweam. My children hated this hotel. I booked 2 rooms and the rooms were not ready when we arrived, We had to stay in 2 horrible rooms for 2 days before we got our proper rooms. I have paid for late checkout but got thrown out of our rooms because they have sold our room. Hotel managements are not friendly neither welcoming. They are very rude and liars. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the amount of money I had to spend for taxi was incredible. It all looks nice on pictures but do yourself and your family a favour and keep away from this hotel.

The food was the main concern for us it was very poor no taste to it limited choice & staff were miserable (most of them) would never stay here again!!

Very disappointed

We stayed at green nature resort & spa in August 2015, 2 adults and a child and 11 , the room was unbelievably small 3 beds in a line, no room to get round the beds to get into wardrobe or out on to balcony!! The shower cubicle door couldn't open more than half way as the toilet was in the way so you had to shuffle to get in !!! Pools were ok but area around the pools very slippy, my partner fell and hurt herself quite badly!! Food was the worst I have had in an all inclusive hotel and it's no where near the standard of a 5 star would say more 3 star!! Queues for everything!! Didn't make a pleasant holiday experience , wouldn't go back!!!!

Double booked

Pros: It was a very big hotel, Nice swimming pool, and lost of food.
Cons: It was way to busy, and the food wasn't that good
Location: Location was far from beach and city
Wenn we got there we were early for check-in so the staff gold us to get lunch al the resort first (all-inclusive) and them come back to check-inn. So we did. The hotel was very crowded, we didn't like that. Also there was a lot of food al the buffet to choose from, but the quality and taste was a little disapointing. Wenn we got back to check-inn we found out that we were double booked. The service however was excellent, and we got an upgrade for free to another hotel from the same company, Green Nature Diamond. Also transfer by taxi for free (it was about 2,5 kms further). We were satisfied how they took care of us, and glad we didn't have to stay at the spa and resort, so all ends well. However we haven't steen the rooms, so therefor we can't rate the hotel properly.

Nice hotel , good food , good location

the reception staff they are very weak in English I recommend to hire staff speaking multi languages specially there is lot of foreign tourists from different countries , the Internet is terrible even in lobby I suggest to work on this too , I think Not that cost if hotel upgrade the Internet for better speed and even if they have paid Internet with reasonable prices I think guests won't mind !! Also there is no privacy in rooms as you can hear your neighbors voices!!

End of season...?

Food is hit and miss at times, on certain days the food was brilliant, other days you could tell the chef had fallen out with his wife at the cost of the guests. Left over food was reserved in the next sitting inc evening fries at breakfast! Desserts looked very delicious but were anything but that. Some rooms are a long walk from the reception and food halls, and lifts were out of order for many parts of our trip. 'Gym/Spa' were run down, and the spa attendant has still got to learn how to smile. Steam room was chargeable, we didn't get to use it as it was broken anyway, as was the the jacuzzi. Swimming pools were good, but were left unsupervised most of the time.
