Good value for money

4 days stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Manager courteous. Food quite good. Not much for a meat eater but reasonable choice and nicely presented. Would recommend for the price we paid.

Location: Good lots restaurants and shops also a bus to marmaris very cheap and only ten minutes away
Good hotel .not good food for the English .bar staff very friendly almost over the top . Clean room . Small standard rooms and no facility's but a fridge

Forget Luxury, this Hotel Lacks Hospitality

For a hotel with a tagline, “Luxury Redefined,” this hotel was anything but a luxurious experience. It’s a shame because with good management, this could have been a fine holiday. Beware, this hotel has old rooms and new rooms. We booked the Mersoy Bella Vista based on the positive reviews, but buyer beware: you can hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. All in all, this hotel’s management needs a major attitude adjustment, and some renovations to some of its rooms. Though we could live with outdated rooms, we couldn’t live with the foul smell of raw sewage in 38 C degrees heat, and management that was unwilling to do anything about it. If you want a sure bet on your room, look elsewhere because if you run into any problems, the management won’t do a thing to address them. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend in good conscience. In our two weeks traveling around Turkey, this was the only hotel among our four hotels that lacked hospitality. I feel badly for anyone who stays here and doesn’t see the true side to Turkish hospitality.

Great Hotel

The standard of the hotel was good. Considering I was staying at the Mersoy Bellavista half board, I ate at the hotel restaurant at least once a day and the staff at the restaurant were super super friendly. They really gave the hotel a nice atmosphere and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!

Typisch geval van jammer

Persoonlijke ervaring met hotel teleurstellend omdat er niet werd voldaan aan de verwachtingen. Kamer was anders als geboekt en vooral de reactie van hotelmanager daarop (negeren van de gast) was teleurstellend. Echter weet zeker dat veel mensen dit hotel prima zullen vinden en wil vooral persoonlijke teleurstelling niet als referentie laten dienen voor anderen. Echter mijn ervaring leert dat slecht management uiteindelijkt leidt tot slechte kwaliteit. Houding van hotelmanagement was/is 4-sterren hotel onwaardig. Echter dit zegt niets over de individuele vakantieganger, die wellicht hun verwachtingen (nog) wel zien uitkomen. Personeel was matig, kwaliteit eten (buffet) matig-goed tot sommige zeer-goed. Omgeving rumoerig maar daarvoor kies je dit hotel in het centrum van Icmeler. Kort samengevat voor 90% van reizigers een prima hotel, voor mij eens maar nooit meer.
