Cons: Lack of indoor eating area with air conditioning turned on.
Did not have a warm welcome. Only the entertainment (animation) group showed any enthusiasm and friendliness - a big thank you to Okan, Nano, John and Hakan.
The Mersoy Exclusive hairdressers offered excellent service and I can recommend a new hairstyle by Ihan.

Besides the location. This is a hotel that does not live up to information given on website or via hotels.com. It is a 2-star hotel. This is based on i.e:
- Poor information when check in
- Unsteady elevator
- Small room with poor pillows.
- Urin smell in main area (near the computers)
- Small and dirty pool
