A good stay at the Bristol set in a good location and friendly staff and close to the motorway.. We would certainly stay again.

Great pedestrian walking areaPosted Nov 20, 2016
We got the top floor, elevator accessible, secure, secure underground parking for a discounted 8.75€ with an elevator that opens up to the ground level nearly outside the hotel doors. The hot water kettle and champagne glasses were a lovely touch!! We enjoyed the great hot water pressure, but the shower wasn't exactly leak proof.... gotta do a European shower and crouch down while holding the spout or the bathroom floor will get too wet. The neighborhood is filled with cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the stunning cathedral Notre Dame.

Location, location, locationPosted Sep 26, 2016 on Hotels
Excellent location, with subsidised parking in the multi storey underneath the main strip in Reims. Eldito restaurant adjoining the hotel was excellent for an evening meal - would recommend (with a bottle of champagne of course). Rooms do need a bit of modernising but, in my opinion, their current condition added to the charm of the hotel. Would stay again, the location could not be beat

Modern HotelPosted Jun 2, 2016 on Hotels
This was a great hotel with a great location. It was in a pedestrian area surrounded by a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great with awesome customer service. The room itself was very spacious, modern, and clean. My one complaint would be the bathroom. The lighting was so dark it made it difficult to see. The mirror was so high on the wall I could barely see the top of my head (I am 5'2"). There is an underground parking garage very close by and the hotel gets a discounted rate so parking in the city is not an issue. It is within walking distance of the cathedral and very close to the champagne caves. Overall good experience.

No so impressedPosted Oct 14, 2015
Pros: Heard that it was nice through reviews...obviously they did not have our room!
Cons: This room must have been one of those.....let's squeek one more room in for the money.
Location: Very noicy....on a Thursday evening.....didn't quiet down until 2:30 a.m.
Bathroom lighting very poor. Toilet in separate "Closet". Could barely sit on the toilet....knees hitting wall. Worst hotel of our trip!...would not recommend it.

Very central location in REIMS, but very poor hall, no common areas, rooms clean but not attractive.

OK hotel close to train stationPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Near to station
Cons: It needs at least one TV channel to be in English; after all it is the world's most spoken language!
Location: Lots of shops and one of the world's great Gothic cathedrals
Hotel is in a street full of outside eating in busy cafes. Quite a walk to the cathedral, and the light spectacular there at night. Good, but the least well done of the four cathedrals I saw with these - lots of spoken French and just coloured lights. Nice early music when there was a chance!

Good Hôtel.Posted Mar 26, 2015 on Hotels
Nice Hotel, been revamped since I was last there. Right in the centre of town, can be noisy at night but I was on the top floor so not bad.
