Our stay was good , I think the cleanliness could of been better one bathroom we found a nose piercing on the floor of shower Empty tablet bluster in main bedroom on the carpet , We dropped a mobile phone that ended up under one of the 2 seater loungers, so had to move it ..oh my gosh had not been vacuumed for a long long time . We did speak to the lovely young receptionist who thanks us for telling her. And if we stayed again we would get an upgrade! The unit was a lovely size we had a 3 bedroom unit was spacious and suited us So yes would stay again

Great place to stay!
We had a 3 bedroom apartment in the 8th floor and it was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful! The location of the property was excellent and close to everything. We walked everywhere. The property managers were lovely and helpful. Pool area was very well equipped with a bbq, tables and a fridge. The whole place was just gorgeous. I will definitely stay here again!

Was a solid holiday. Close enough to the beach to walk the kids there and back. Heated pool was great when it was raining but the kids still wanted adventure. No cafe attached bit pleanty around. Friendly staff. Parking available. Only gripe was with carpet in room (hadnt been cleaned since last visitors.) Would stay again

Very run down, rooms are dirty and need a lot of work. The sink tap was just flapping around. Nothing like the photos at all. Very noisy from road traffic and the spa needs work on the jets as not all of them work. Very disappointed at what we paid and what we got for our money.

No a happy customer.
My room was not I booked, ocean view means I can see the ocean, not the horizon line. Booked for 3 nights, asked for 2 nights refund as I did not stay in the hotel at all, I was only checked in for an hour before I decided to leave. Website stated free wifi did not mention only 1gb of wifi. Should’ve been stated. and the deluxe spa bath suit, you’d think would be in the master bedroom, was in the second room, and was a standard bath tub with jets, the room I had was nothing what was on the pictures I booked. Not a happy customer. I did not stay at the hotel and was not given a refund for the nights I booked. Only 10%. Asked to be moved to a room that I booked, was told they were booked out due to a wedding. Was not aware of this at point of booking. Overall I payed for a hotel room for 3 nights and didn’t even unpack my bags. Unhappy customer and I will not be recommending. I didn’t stay in the room and yet I had to pay, no refund. I drove 2 hours to have a birthday weekend holiday and then had to drive home 2 hours back the same day in rain traffic. Unhappy customer.

Gorgeous views
We had a really great week staying at Aqua Vista. Everything was so close and we didn't need the car at all. Our apartment had two balconies and the views were exceptional. The only criticism I have is regarding the cleanliness of our room. When you pay for luxury you at least expect the floors to be clean. They were really very dirty from the minute we walked in. We didn't have a chance to make them dirty! Our feet were constantly black. Perhaps a change of cleaning staff is required. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel was well situated.. Sea views from both the rooms , kitchen, dining room and lounge The kitchen had everything one needs.. spacious area.. was a bit scared of the balcony though.. the rails were waist high.. Unfortunately 2 nights weren't enough..

Spacious apartment with a view
The apartment was exactly how the photos look on the web. I was still surprised at how spacious it was! The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely and bright with beautiful ocean views and massive balconies. The location is walking distance to the beach, many cafes and several supermarkets close by. The only downside was parts of the kitchen wasn't as clean but it was very minor and didn't impact my stay.

Great location!
Great location with excellent views (we were on the 7th floor). Very well located away from noisy Mooloolaba and in Cotton Tree, which was far more laid back and closer to nicer food places. Very clean and good pool / spa area. Staff very nice too. I would recommend. A little pricey in the school holidays though.

Terrific facilities Dishes and cutlery weren't as clean as I would have liked There was also lots of broken shards of glass/ mirror on our balcony and inside our living area that needed to be cleaned by us upon arrival
