Comfy room

Walking into the room, first impression was it seemed old/hadn't been renovated recently. However, once I got over that, we loved the room. Our suite came with a refrigerator - not a mini fridge but a smaller refrigerator with freezer; had a complete dish set; the bed was super comfy; the jacuzzi tub was huge and the hotel actually had enough warm water to use it! Hotel was conveniently located too. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Pros: Location was great, room had been renovated which was nice. Indoor pool, bar and restaurant on sight..
Cons: carpet in room could use a good steam cleaning
Location: Close to downtown shopping, harbor views, Presque Isle park, great farmers mkt, Marquette co-op next door, wonderful for family events.
Great...we were there for a wedding!! Disappointed NO free breakfast as listed from Expedia site!!

Nothing overlooked wonderful stay. Older hotel but tastefully updated very clean personable and professional helpful staff. Reasonably priced with a great location close to everything.

Older hotel that needs a good cleaning.

We arrived to a room that cost $249 a night to find a musty dingy room. The halls were dark and the carpets need a good cleaning. Unfortunately it was high season so they felt the need to gouge people. I know for a fact this room Is going for $70 to local construction workers. Let's all just pay the same rate and get it over with already. Cancelled the balance of our days after the second night and headed over to another nicer hotel with breakfast included for $91 a night. Will give credit to the staff at the adjoining Harley's restaurant because they were kind and attentive.

Rude staff

Pros: good location 4 blocks from lake superior, restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: Get rid of front desk staff
Location: 4 blocks to lake superior and restaurants near by. Lake walk 4 blocks away.
the hotel was nice enough, but it sure didn't make up for the rude check in.

Pros: close to downtown
Cons: offer free breakfast
Location: beautiful catholic church
We wanted to use the swimming pool but the water was too cold. We were stuck in the annex (the building behind the main building) and there was no place near the pool for us to change so we wouldn't have to walk outside wet to get to our room

I am so sorry that you experienced cold water in our pool. This is not our norm. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I hope that you will return to the Ramada soon. We would be happy to place you in the hotel tower (main building), or even in a poolside room.

Love Mqt; update the place & add some free coffee

Kids enjoyed the pool. We love Marquette and lived her for quite a time. Enjoy time by Lake Superior. Too pricey for small room with double beds without continental breakfast. No coffee maker facility within the room. Unusual room arrangement around the pool and stairs. Some updates and new paint and furniture, yet still needs more renovating, especially carpet, walls...
