Marquette

Location: I didn't really have opportunity to look around the area, but the hotel did not seem to encourage that either.
Overall it was very nice and very clean. I slept well; the food in the restaurant was good. The bartender paid more attention to the handsome young guy than the rest of us though.

Good location, close to restaraunt

College visit

We were on a college visit and picked the Ramada by chance. The location was perfect for us... we were just minutes away from everything. The downtown area was cute and had lots to do for entertainment.

Pros: It is in a great location, close to everything. The staff were pleasant and effective.
Cons: It would be nice to have small, inexpensive soap dishes in the bathroom so you wouldn't have to put the soap directly on the counter
Location: Excellent location. Near-by restaurants and only a few blocks from downtown Marquette with all its quaint shops, restaurants and 1890's architecture.
In general, nice and quiet. But at 2:00 one night, a car radio began blaring in the parking lot behind my room. I called the front desk to inform the staff. She said she would have secutiry check into it, and the loud playing soon stopped. Incident taken care of quickly and appropriately. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

Very nice room, clean but did find ants in the bathroom (2) but we were poolside so that is to be expected. We would be glad to stay again when we are in Marquette.
