Great decor/food, large rooms, but sub par service

Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better.

very ver bad, poor service and maintenance

Breakfast was just horrible, no eggs, no yoghurt, no cheese. Hotel service was very poor, several things in the room were broken (please note this was a suite). People arriving at 04:00AM deciding to make a party on our roof terrace (very noisy). Very poor overall, the only thing that is OK, is the swimming pool and the lunch at Crystal

Location: Out of the way transport difficult
Room was good. Breakfast was terrible, poor service & forced to sit outside in bitterly cold wind, hotel is out of the way

Pros: le design des chambres.
Cons: Tout.
Accueil mitigé, pas de room service, climatisation totalement insuffisante pour les températures locales, notre chambre ne portait pas de numéro ( difficile de se repérer dans les couloirs ainsi ), pas ou peu d'assistance pour les bagages . Hotel privilégiant ses activités de club et son restaurant mais le service d'hôtellerie est digne d'un hôtel bas de gamme, pas d'un 5 étoiles. J'ai dépensé près de 700e pour 4 nuits. Ca ne les vaut pas du tout, décevant.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortable, on regrette le manque de lampe, et les oublis de produits d'hygiènes. Le restaurant est très bon et le bar/boite genial!

Hôtel doté d'une quinzaine de suites. Personnel serviable, attentif et très gentil (j'ai bénéficié gratuitement du pressing !!). Suite 69 splendide avec terrasse privative sur le toit, accès à la piscine et discothèque le PACHA gratuits. Je recommande fortement et y retournerai :) Seul bémol : la situation géographique (Agdal). Compter 50 dirhams en journée et 100 le soir pour rejoindre le centre-ville.

Absolute Katastrophe..!!!

Nichts, aber gar nichts hat die angegebenenen Versprechen gehalten..!!! Ungeschultes, freches, weibliches Personal an der Reception. Frühstück nie zur geplanten Zeit!!! 2 mal, übethaupt Keins, das am Morgen um 8 Uhr und 7.30 Bestellte!!! Personal nicht erreichbar!!! Machten wir uns bemerkbar, war das der gröbste Affront... Also zum Punkt... Es wird nie Jemandem weiter emphohlen, ist nur ein Aufenthaltszentrum für Nachtschwärmer und Müssiggänger!! Schade... Dem Portier möchten wir ein Dankeschön zukommen lassen. War zu jeder Zeit am Ort. Mit freundlichen Grüssen
