Pros: Solid construction for a quiet and peaceful environment. Stunning lush and colorful gardens. Immaculate pools with plenty of sunny and shady areas.
Cons: Calls to the front desk sometimes went unanswered. Service times at the restaurants sometimes were far beyond relaxed, becoming almost non-existent.
Fantastic resort with luxurious spa and pools.

Almost perfect

Posted Jan 27, 2017 on Hotels
My first time in a Four Seasons and it was a spectacular property--beautifully landscaped, well-decorated in a style that's evocative of Morocco and with an army of attentive, very helpful staff. A few quibbles: one of the bathroom basins was stopped shut and the cordless telephone handset was dead, and the script that staff follow ("It would be my pleasure...") is repeated so often it begins to self-cancel any warmth. But these are small points. Overall a splendid place with splendid people.

Best of the best

Posted Jan 12, 2017 on Orbitz
I saw the pics and thought it was going to be ok, but the truth is that the hotel is amazing. The rooms are perfectly clean, the bed is amazing and there was a balcony in my room with enough space to enjoy it and listen to the sounds of nature. It is not close to the medina, but the staff that is amazingly friendly and kind, will call a cab for you that will charge 5 euros or you can get a free ride from 6pm to 10pm to there. The hotel recommendations about the plans are perfect, and also if you want some luxury added to your trip, you can book transfers and tours using the elegant cars of the hotel for a fee that is not cheap but not too expensive for having a luxury car with local driver. If I return to Marrakech I will definitely stay at this hotel

Truly Excellent

Posted Nov 27, 2016
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: The worst thing we could say about it is that the provided hairdryer is not that powerful
Location: A little bit out of the way so you will probably need a taxi to get around. Lots of interesting things in the medina as well as places further away.
Everything was essentially perfect down to the smallest detail. Very friendly and helpful staff with fantastic facilities. We felt very well taken care of and the concierge was able to recommend and book several great excursions and restaurants. The room was very large with everything in good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a beautiful view of the hotel's fountains. The hotel is slightly away from the centre so a taxi helps to get around. They provide a courtesy car but that is first come first served (It was always available for us within 5 mins) Quite pricey but absolutely worth it.
