Fantastic hotel in great location. Had a lovely half term here with two young kids who the staff were great with. Lovely suite for the four of us. Great facilities. Only comment would be on the rather pricey breakfast which we hadn't included - worth seeing if you can get a better deal by including this in advance.

Peaceful and relaxing

Had a very relaxing stay at La Naoura. Just what the doctor ordered! Staff so friendly and helpful. Very peaceful even though its in the middle of the city. Just a short walk to the main square and souks.

Fantastic location and lovely pool!

Location: Perfect location! Feels like proper Marrakech only 10min walk to main square with markets, night market and souks but also only 5min drive to new town
Very spacious room, perfect location, 10 min walk to main square and the souks. All hotel staff are very helpful, would recommend and would def go back!

Walking distance to Jemma el Fna

This hotel is inside the Medina but not in the main square or souks. You can walk anywhere from here. Its really quiet around the hotel. Staff was excellent. They have a restaurant, very expensive food. Though its delicious, I recommend eating somewhere else. Overall its a great hotel.

Beautiful Hotel! Has to be one of the best hotels i have stayed at:) -Very good service -Awesome room with great view of pool -staff was courteous to decorate room for wedding couple

Hotel is expensive we booked half board

We were asked to sign for Ordering two omelettes as part of our breakfast as it was a complementary request we were shocked as this was our fourth visit here and had never encountered this. This hotel should value repeat visitors and not Try to alienate them. This did leave a sour tast on this visit. We made a fuss on leaving and refused to pay any extras. We are expecting an apology and a very good discount for our next visit. Sofia and Shakoor Ahmed

Easy escape but mind the babies

Checking in took about 4 hours longer than expected. Was rather odd and assistance awkward. We had to mange the check in on hourly rate and sat by the pool until ready. Not a nice entrance into the weekend. Hotel restaurant had great food but service was terrible. Way to many babies in the restaurant.

Central hotel

Pros: Just ok
Cons: Good position so it would be fab.
Location: Good position
A contemporary bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed, hard cheap pillows, hard and very heavy duvet. A wooden floor so could hear the people with there shoes on above walking all night. First ones down for breakfast and all the hot food was Luke warm including coffee. Asked to speak to the duty manager 3 times and was not available so decided to check out and find a better hotel. Only stayed for the night in stead of two.
