Location: Perfect location! Feels like proper Marrakech only 10min walk to main square with markets, night market and souks but also only 5min drive to new town

Walking distance to Jemma el Fna

Posted Sep 15, 2016
This hotel is inside the Medina but not in the main square or souks. You can walk anywhere from here. Its really quiet around the hotel. Staff was excellent. They have a restaurant, very expensive food. Though its delicious, I recommend eating somewhere else. Overall its a great hotel.

Hotel is expensive we booked half board

Posted Aug 4, 2016
We were asked to sign for Ordering two omelettes as part of our breakfast as it was a complementary request we were shocked as this was our fourth visit here and had never encountered this. This hotel should value repeat visitors and not Try to alienate them. This did leave a sour tast on this visit. We made a fuss on leaving and refused to pay any extras. We are expecting an apology and a very good discount for our next visit. Sofia and Shakoor Ahmed

Central hotel

Posted Mar 27, 2016
Pros: Just ok
Cons: Good position so it would be fab.
Location: Good position
A contemporary bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed, hard cheap pillows, hard and very heavy duvet. A wooden floor so could hear the people with there shoes on above walking all night. First ones down for breakfast and all the hot food was Luke warm including coffee. Asked to speak to the duty manager 3 times and was not available so decided to check out and find a better hotel. Only stayed for the night in stead of two.

Mr ROYSTON, All our apologies for the disagreements you met during your short stay. You are the first client who make a remark for the bed. I will check with my staff why nobody came to see you. I hope you find an hotel that met your expectations. Best regards,

Very nice hotel short walk to centre

Posted Jan 30, 2016
Pros: Large heated pool in a nice setting. Service and food were very good. Room was a good size with balcony.
Cons: A walk in shower as getting in and out of the bath was a bit difficult and slippery when wet. Would have liked air con but as it was winter it was off
Location: Good location short walk to local sights.
Very nice hotel and only a short walk to town centre. Hotel staff could not do more for us and the hotel was quiet and relaxed

Great hotel in over-hyped city.

Posted Jan 11, 2016
Pros: Location, service, food, pool, spa.
Cons: Service at Fouquets might be improved.
Location: Near to the Medina and other interesting areas. Walking in Morocco is kind of dangerous because of traffic and cars not respecting pedestrians.
Hotel was great, an oasis in a chaotic city, food and services are wonderful, room excellent but over-priced for Morocco.

Close to the main square - but quiet and tranquil - a great location.

A nice place that is close to the edge of the Medina but far enough away from the murderous crowds and badgering, really great place to stay with helpful team. Loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the service, good food too, from breakfast to dinner.

Excellent location for exploring Medina area.

Posted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: The junior suite was very nicely decorated and was kept in good repair.
Cons: Better hairdryer if I had to be really picky.
Location: Location was excellent easy for taxis to find and within 10 minute walking distance to the main square and some of the local gardens.
This hotel was central enough to feel part of the action around the main square and the old part of the city. It was an enjoyable escape to sit around the pool and listen to the birds whilst listening to the tasteful music that played all day. Food and drinks were all good and service excellent, although drinks were slightly expensive I felt.
