situation,calme et prestations

Pros: confort haut de gamme et ambiance décontractée!
Location: plein centre! koutoubia, médina, place d'un coté! ville nouvelle de l'autre!
extremement bien situé au coeur de la Médina! personnel trés attentionné ,mais ambiance décontractée! chambres spacieuses et bien insonnorisées! pas un bruit dans l'enceinte de l'hotel si ce n'est le ce chant des oiseaux! petit déjeuner sur la terrasse extraordinaire! atout principal: le personnel enthousiaste et compétent!!!

Pas grand chose à dire de l'hôtel et de toutes les prestations sinon que nous reviendrons très prochainement je le souhaite tout à été très bien je le recommande vivement les services et employés au top des tops

Easy escape but mind the babies

Checking in took about 4 hours longer than expected. Was rather odd and assistance awkward. We had to mange the check in on hourly rate and sat by the pool until ready. Not a nice entrance into the weekend. Hotel restaurant had great food but service was terrible. Way to many babies in the restaurant.

Pros: Just ok
Cons: Good position so it would be fab.
Location: Good position
A contemporary bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed, hard cheap pillows, hard and very heavy duvet. A wooden floor so could hear the people with there shoes on above walking all night. First ones down for breakfast and all the hot food was Luke warm including coffee. Asked to speak to the duty manager 3 times and was not available so decided to check out and find a better hotel. Only stayed for the night in stead of two.

Lovely hotel - clean , spacious rooms. Food of very high quality. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Location perfect to be able to walk into the main area with souks, no need for taxis. Quiet & secluded once inside hotel - a very welcome break from the very busy roads outside. Would highly recommend

Not good! We had a problem with the shower. The staff is not efficient. We Had to ask for manager to change room...after complaining all morning. Some of the receptionists are arrogant and disrespectful. We had mistakes in our final bill, the receptionist threaten us not to complain, otherwise we would have to pay the bill with the wrong price! Hilarious! The staff at the pool is not careful. Same for the restaurant. The towels at the pool are old. We have asked several times to the receptionist to change our towels, they forgot! The cleaning staff always came between 6-8pm.... The exact time when you are in your room to get dressed for diner or when you want to get some rest....! We can only say that the breakfast is very good, and the room are spacious and welcoming.

Très agréable séjour

L'hôtel est très confortable - la décoration très sobre et élégante, le personnel très attentionné. Le SPA a été très apprécié. Copieux petit-déjeuner en chambre, seule remarque - il manquait la pâte à tartiner au chocolat mentionnée sur le carton :)
