Hôtel agréable, quelques petits bémols...

Nous avons passé une semaine en Avril dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et nos trois filles. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est correct, les chambres ne sont pas extraordinaires pour un 5 étoiles (normes locales). Les repas en all inclusive sont plutôt bons, les petits déjeuners bien fournis. Salle de restauration assez bruyante car cela reste familial. C'est plus agréable de manger à l'extérieur si il y a de la place. Attention à ceux qui veulent accéder à la piscine intérieure c'est payant : 10 € par personne.

Not a great hotel

Pros: The location is ideal for the souks and night-life.
Cons: Customer service,NO GLASS round the pool, there were children of about 4 walking around the pool with glasses in each hand after being served directly
Location: Great night-life and attractions within walking distance
I have been to morocco 7 times and this was the worst hotel I have stayed in mainly because there is no attention to customer service. The hotel its-self could be nice if they were to take the time to concentrate on their guests. Unfortunately I think the problem lies where they seem to have a lot of confrences and large groups staying and overlook the smaller groups or couples. I visit restaurants and hotels for my proffession and was extremely disapointed in my stay so much I was booked in and had paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1, but of course got NO refund or in fact even an appologie I was just signed out and that was it!! I am sorry to say this hotel I would not recommend, which is a shame as the location is ideal for the souks and night-life, I am afraid I would rate this hotel 3 star but if you are looking for ambiance and a taste of Morocco I would not stay here. I personally give the hotel 2 out of 10...Sorry !

Pros: The old garden inside, the proximity to major city attractions, and the quite neighborhood.
Cons: The hotel should be renovated and maintained properly.
Location: You can walk to Menara, Koutoubia, Les Jardins Majorelle, and Jemaa Lefna.
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The best things are the proximity to major city attractions, it's a quite neighborhood, and the garden. Apart from this, nothing is good from food to sleep. They should spend some money on renovations and maintenance because things are falling apart there that even the wash basins are clogged and the water stays there for sometime after you wash...The WiFi is not working in the rooms...

DEFINITELY NOT a 5 STAR HOTEL

Pros: The garden and good wifi were the only redeeming points for this hotel.
Cons: The interior is shabby and old and the staff could make an effort to smile!
Location: Not a bad location , close enough to Medina but far enough away to be free of the madness.
We booked this hotel as it was the last night of our fantastic holiday in Morocco. Check in was chaotic, staff were unfriendly and unhelpful... Found it difficult to smile! The concierge and porter however, were respectful and helpful. The room was drab and dark with a filthy rug on the floor, an a lack of pillows. The room was next to the noisiest lift which kept us awake most of the night. The wifi reception was good surprisingly. The gardens around the hotel were immaculately kept and the pool area was nice, on the whole the outside areas were great! The breakfast was another chaotic event... It was like feeding time at the zoo and tables were left with dirty plates all around us... Not very pleasant after we queued for half an hour for an omelette!! My impression was that this hotel catered for large groups and if you are a couple of single traveller you get lost in the mix. We had stayed in much less expensive hotels around Morocco which offered so much more in terms of charm, facilities, friendly staff etc which makes a hotel stay a much happier experience all round. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody, it does not deserve 5 stars, it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Nice hotel but definitely not 5 stars

I'ts a nice hotel but it's quite old. The stuff was nice and helpful. But the rooms are old + the bathroom doesn't work correctly. The breakfast buffet was under my expectations. Their SPA is nice ( had great package and deals on the HAMMAM ,SPA and massage) . I had to swith to the SAVOY GH, the second day. I would not recommend it ( better hotels at the same price available)

l'hôtel est très calme

Pros: Facile à reperer, le calme, le service et le personnel
Cons: baisser les prix
Location: Tout proche de la célèbre place ambiante, tout près de Menara Mall. Â 10min de la place de Jamaa El fena
Après un longue voyage du sud, l'hôtel était vraiment un endroit de repos dans le calme absolu. C'est une source d'inspiration.

Lovely location

Decent hotel there was renovation going on the other side of the hotel but was not disturbing. There's a lovely garden to relax and decent live music at night. Breakfast & dinner is sufficient not much variety especially if you're vegetarian/vegan. Rooms are good size but not soundproof. Lovely location about 20 mins walk to the medina and close to places.

Abon séjour

Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible mais la fête à été gâché par le stationnement d'un intrus derrière notre voiture au parking ! Impossible de partir l'agent de sécurité ne s'est souvenu qu'il avait les clés qu'après une heure d'attente et de crise.

Deçu par un deuxième sejour au niveau restauration

dejà venus dans cet hôtel avec une bonne impression. Par contre des travaux etant entrepris, le service restaurant et petit dejeuner a été epouvantable : queue de 45mn pour crêpes et oeufs. Buffet epuisé rapidement peu attractif, meme pas de pain sur la fin. Les gens se bousculant avec des assiettes vides une horreur!! le 3ème jour était mieux organisé mais la nourriture était très mediocre. le probleme est que cet hôtel est classé 5* . Si l'hotel ne peut pas accueillir les clients il doit fermer
