While the hotel looks impressive with 2 nice pools and attractive grounds and shared areas, the staff wete often unfriendly and the service poor. The resort is predominately full of French guests who seemed to get preferential threatmeant. It could be quite hard to communicate with staff. Dinner was served too late for children at 8pm. While there was a wide variety of food it was not high quality. Getting served drinks at breakfast and dinner was often a challenge. My husband and I got ill and had only eaten at the hotel so worried it was the food. Overall we were disappointed with our trip and despite the many good reviews we had read, did not think the hotel deserves a high rating.

Pros: Les infrastructures de bases sont de bonne qualité
Cons: Wifi totalement nul. Si vous devez travailler sur Internet, évitez cet établissement à tout prix. Restauration d'un très mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Location: Pas grand chose à faire dans le quartier qui est plus proche de l'aéroport que du centre ville.
J'ai passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Certes les infrastructures donnent un potentiel intéressant, mais la chose est très mal exploitée. Ne comptez pas sur le Wifi. Il est lent et très aléatoire. Le restaurant est hors de prix (comptez 40EUR pour un repas avec boisson) pour des plats d'une qualité très aléatoire. Les 2 premiers jours, il y avait peux de clients dans le restaurant, et on voyait très clairement que tous les plats, et notamment les crudités étaient recyclés d'un jour sur l'autre, de sorte que les crudités, par exemple, était très défraîchis. En sortant de l'hôtel, on peut s'offrir des repas de bien meilleure qualité pour le quart de ce prix. Certains équipement dans les chambres sont rafistolés (pommeau de douche,...). Bref, cet établissement n'est pas à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles.

Lovely holiday with the perfect hotel!

Pros: Service was lovely all the staff were so kind and helpful.
Location: Location was great close to the centre and shops and airport without the noise of traffic plus free regular shuttle bus to take you into town.
Very nice hotel with two outside and one indoor pool, spa, gym, a number of restaurants to choose from plus two gift shops if you forget to buy something in town. Would recommend requesting a room facing the pool or gardens for a beautiful view. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location: Esta en la zona nueva pero el propio hotel o te facilita los taxis o los autobuses al centro
Me ha encantado y se nota que tiene 5* .Mi pareja Y yo nos dimos los hammam en el hotel y aunk son un poco más caro pero son muchos más higiénicos Y nos los pudimos dar juntos ya que en los tradiccionales es por separado .Y el personal encantador y en el todo incluido hay serví room hasta las 6 de la mañana de comida y bebida! Os lo recomiendo

Great honeymoon in September

Pros: It was lovely and quiet - no animation team and no loud music. A quality hotel for the price paid. Good for a quiet holiday or business trip.
Location: Easy access to Airport and Medina roughly 10 minutes by car. Small shopping center is 10 minutes walk away.
There was nothing I could fault with my honeymoon. Review is based on a September visit and considers price paid.

Holiday from Hell

Cons: communication between staff, how they talk to each other and how they treat the customers.
At arrival to check into the hotel we were told they had accidentally over booked! When asked for a alternative room we were told there was no room in the whole hotel and that we could not stay! I was heartbroken. we were shoved into a taxi to take us to a different hotel, which wasn't very nice and defiantly not 5 star. we got told that we could eat there as that was what we had paid for at our original hotel, but again there was no communication and we were hit with a bill and a very aggressive employee who demanded the money. At our original hotel we were told they would pick us up in the morning but never came resulting in us having to walk with all our bags. The staff were disgusting and I wouldn't return if you paid me.

Lovely buildings & gardens with a great pool.

Pros: The room, gardens and hotel amenities
Cons: More towels, toilet paper and room coffee/tea facilities.
Location: The Hotel is in a quiet more out of city location set in large landscaped gardens. About 20 minutes and a $10 cab ride to the medina (Souk)
A real ambience with this hotel and good food with great staff. The very helpful Moroccan cockney concierge Cherif can get anything arranged for trips and entertainment. Breakfast is an expansive spread and lunch by the Olympic size pool is relaxing in a shaded spot. Do arrange a car/driver with Cherif and travel about an hour into the Atlas Mountains. If you feel energetic hire a guide for about $50 to take you up a rocky track to the spectacular waterfall - about 45 mins each way with tea (mint) rooms at the top.

Terrible experience

I stayed at the hotel before in 2009 but since then the quality of the hotel decreased dramatically especially with staff. The hotel is very well designed but the maintenance there is poor. The glass of my balcony was broken and the cabinet doors were worn out. I had multiple incidences with staff there. When I first came in they told me that my booking was cancelled even though my Expedia account reminded me of it that day! After a half hour they found it but I was really worn out coming from Fes after a thirteen hour drive and they didn't even bother to offer me a cup of tea! The next day, I went to the pool after returning back from a tour and the pool boy told me there were no towels and that they closed even though it was still broad daylight at 6:30 pm! I also had to pay cash for any extras at the pool which was very inconvenient because I didn't have cash at the time! The manager was very understanding but the hotel condition is just too deteriorated. I wish they go back to what they used to be seven years ago!
