Pour nous, une simple note sans commentaire, surtout quand elle n'est pas optimale, n'est pas constructive, dommage! Et comme en plus vous l'écrivez de façon anonyme, je ne possède absolument aucun élément pouvant m'aider à comprendre! Hello, I would have liked to know the reason of this note to be able to take account of it in order to improve us and possibly to be able to give you an answer. For us, a simple note without comment, especially when it is not optimal, is not constructive, too bad! And as in addition you write it anonymously, I have absolutely no element that can help me understand!

Our night watchman climbed onto the terrace tidying up the mattresses because of the rain that was starting to fall. He came down to open as soon as he heard the doorbell! As for the alleged theft, why not say anything to the riad I think you want to discredit the riad to harm us because we did not upgrade you for free as you required.Your attitude is not fair
