Excellent hotelPosted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: The hotel is well placed for the square and decorated to a very high standard. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly.
We had such a wonderful stay at the Road Turquoise. George and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble in order to make our 3 nights more enjoyable

Lovely Riad within walking distance of the marketsPosted Jul 16, 2015
This Riad was a perfect choice for a short stay in Marrakech. I was travelling with my teenage daughters, and I wanted somewhere close to the centre of town. It is within walking distance of the Souks and places of interest. The owner of the Riad made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful. He booked Restaurants and taxis for us every night. The Riad is clean and comfortable. The rooms are air conditioned. We had a triple room on the top floor of the Riad. I would definetly recommend it for a short break to Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The location is excellent, very close to lots of shopping, but very quiet inside. It had a total rebuild 8 years ago and has been maintained in this new condition by staff since. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They wanted to do our washing (one weeks worth) for nothing, but we insisted on paying. We ate in one night and the meal was delicious. They had good wine (most important).. I arrived in Marrakech unwell, and the manager organised an excellent clinic to go to, that got me back on my feet within 4 hours. We look forward to staying there again when in Marrekech. Walking tours of the local area & souks are available please be aware these people can & do liaise with others to sell to tourists bargaining is expected but don't hesitate to walk away, one trader was quite nasty when we decided not to buy & next stop we got a much better deal.

MooiPosted Jun 14, 2015
Riad Turquoise is een aanrader voor een verblijf in het oude gedeelte van Marrakech. Wij hebben van ons verblijf genoten mede door de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaar en het personeel.

bezaubernde Ruheoase in zentraler LagePosted May 7, 2015
Pros: Geschmackvolle Zimmer, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, Sauberkeit,
Cons: alles Perfekt!!!!
Sehr empfehlenswert!

Good location, nice oasis tucked away.Posted Apr 27, 2015
To look at from the outside, it is not much, but step through the door and that all changes. Lovely little Riad, in good location and really nice friendly staff. George speaks a reasonable amount of English, but if you have some French, that would be better. You wont find it easily. So I emailed ahead and asked them to arrange a taxi to collect me from the airport and deliver me to the door, which at 22:30 was a good idea, because I wouldn't have found it. Only charged me 15 Euro on the bill for that. Overall a nice relaxing stay. Don't be afraid to venture out, 30 seconds round the corner and you are at a main route through the south of the Medina to the central square (Jamaa El Fina), or take the other fork to the left at that junction to get to La Koutoubia. Oh, 20 mins from Airport, traffic depending.
