best staff ever

Posted Nov 5, 2016
Pros: Great service, very comfortable rooms.
Cons: It's a bit difficult to find, some instructions would be good.
Location: Walkable to both Palace Bahia and Badii, and the Market Place. Long walk or short taxi to Jardin Majorelle.
Excellent staff, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Difficult to find, but they will come out to bring you to the Riad. Amazing breakfasts every morning Very attentive and knowledgable. They also know how advised us on how much taxis should cost to get to other parts of Marrakech, so you can make sure you don't get overcharged.

Perfektes Personal!!!

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Location: Das Hotel liegt super! Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Auch der Jemaa el-Fna.

Thank you for your message. I am very happy that you enjoyed our house as well as the atmosphere released by all our team. Being the new director, recently, I am conscious to have been very busy by administrative procedures during your stay and it is true that maybe I was not able to give you the time that you merited. If it is the case, I am really sorry about it because your remark hurts me enormously. So, I prefer to consider it as an encouragement from you. I really hope that you will come back to see us so you will be able to see by yourself that I have knew to keep the soul and the atmosphere of the riad. Best regards

Peaceful haven in the madness that is Marrakesh

Posted Oct 26, 2016
Location: Quite central. medina 15 minutes walk. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Lovely Riad, comfortable. Very welcoming staff - will do anything for you. The phrase "my house is your house" was used and that is just what it was like! During the day the sound of water features and Morrocan music quietly in the background adding to the ambience and the calmness. Suite beautifully co-ordinated, complimentary toiletries lovely quality. Could get Morrocan wine in this Riad which is worth a try. Take the offer of the Riad organising airport transfers - cheaper than most other ways but very safe and reliable.

Lovely Riad near Baadi Palace

Posted Oct 15, 2016
Pros: The staff - Soufian, Ilham, Khadija and Imad are all very friendly, helpful and charming. The Riad is a beautiful oasis of calm!
Cons: The spa tub only had one setting working and our telly didn't work (we didn't need it so didn't say anything). Bring back the eggs for breakfast!!
Location: Very good location once we got our bearings - easy walk to Baadi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque...
We spent 5 nights at Riad Turquoise. The Medina is very busy and smelly but interesting! There are not a huge amount of sites to see so 4 days is ample unless you take a day trip like we did. We had a fab day touring the 3 valleys with Hassan (arranged by the Riad),it made a great break from the city in the middle of our 5 days. Unfortunately one of the main sites Baadi Palace was closed for refurbishment which was a shame but we did pretty much the rest of what Marrakesh had to offer easily in our timescale to the extent that we had pretty much a full day at the Riad chilling and sunbathing one day. I struggled with the narrow lanes, smells and traffic (especially the mopeds/bikes) so we didn't venture too far into the Souks. The traffic in the Medina is crazy with a capital C - taxis, cars, buses, bikes, pushbikes, pedestrians all going in all directions almost to difficult to describe - we didn't see nay accidents but that was more by luck than judgement I'm sure. Taxis are the best way to get around and plentiful - always barter and don't pay more than 30 MAD inside the Medina and 50 if you go outside the Medina and also to the airport. Outside the Medina the new town is cleaner and smarter - some good places to eat in Gueliz. Majorelle Gardens definitely worth a visit.

Tolles Riad in optimaler Lage

Posted Oct 15, 2016

Dear Khin, Thank you for taking the time to comment us. Your feedback is very important to us and allow us to be ever more efficient and to satisfy you. It is true that we do not offer kettle in rooms. We think it is a good opportunity to encourage guests to meet them and, share time and their experience of Marrakech around a good mint tea. But we accept to serve it in the room. Apart from this trouble, we are glad that you enjoy your stay at Riad Turquoise and hope to see you soon.

The room was big, beautiful and clean.

Posted Oct 2, 2016
Absolutely loved our room and the decor of hotel. The style is unique and added to the Moroccan holiday feel. The hotel staff Sufiyan was very friendly, very sweet and helpful. Always there with a big smile and made the most amazing breakfast. The first thing he said when we arrived was this is your home. A very warm welcome. We felt taken care of especially having close contact with the manager who was helpful and was happy to accommodate. We even had breakfast at 530am before our very early flight! We would go back and stay there. The rooms all have a theme so I would stay in a different themed room. There is also a rooftop which is perfect to relax in. A family feel and you feel like it's your own apartment.
