The AC in our room did not blow cold, cable television did not work, loud noise disturbance just overall bad stay. Contacted hotel GM very professional however inconsiderate

Has potential to be a really good property

Pros: Has potential to be a really good property
Cons: Management involvement in maintenance of property and set expectations for housekeeping staff and follow up!!
Location: We explored the area around the property and found local restaurants and shopping centers & is about 10-15 minutes from downtown New Orleans
Upon arrival we were met by Brian who was very pleasant, accommodating, and allowed us to check in early since we had traveled and just arrived in the city. But things went downhill from there! I had read in previous reviews guests complained of not having towels and the room being unkept, well guess what, We had no towels and the floors still had litter on it since the previous guest and the shower liner was peeling off. The positive aspect is that the property is about 10-15 minutes from downtown with very easy access on and off US 90.

Broken fixtures in bathroom, bedding was stained, had to request towels as they were not restocked prior to our arrival.

Great stay

My stay was nice. My room was clean. Clean towels and helpful staff. They ran out of the room I booked, but upgraded me, free of charge. I highly reccomend this hotel and would return for another stay.

Dirty/Terrible

I reserved 3 rooms for a total of 12 people. When I walked into my room, there were no towels in the bathroom and the comforter had what looked like fresh tobacco spit on it. We were told towels would be there shortly. 6 hours later, 3 towels showed up after we asked multiple times. 3 towels for 4 people doesn’t work. Instead of changing the sheets, they brought me a comforter to throw on top of the stained comforter.

Decent hotel close to New Orleans

I was looking for a hotel outside of the city of New Orleans. This one worked well for us. Not too far of a drive and the price was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the shower not draining and shower needed a need shower curtain due to mold. No other issues with the hotel.

It was clean in general....there was no attention to detail. Curtain hanging poorly,stain on bed coverlet,no toilet paper wand to hold the paper,towels were folded nicely but no washcloths. While waiting for the elevator,a conglomeration of maids were gathered blocking use...while a cleaning lady had the big cleaning cart to put on the same elevator! Would have thought they would step back and have customers go first...but it clearly never entered their minds. We used the stairs.
