I didnt actually stay there. As I tried to check in I wS told there was a $150 deposit...so I canceled my reservation and found a different hotel. I also saved money chaning hotels. I never saw anywhere o anything about a deposit.

The hotel was ok. Site said breakfast but instead it was just a muffin because of Covid. They were out of coffee when I got downstairs. It was ok but the surrounding area isn’t the best but room was ok for a brief stay.

NEVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL AGAIN!
Made a reservation with my Hotels.com app(like I always do when I go out of town) well in advance and upon arrival I was told they could not find my reservation. I showed my confirmation email, information about my booking on my app, etc. I had driven over 8hrs with a 3 and 1 year old and was ready to shower and get some rest. My kids and I ended up sleeping in my car the first night of our trip.

The rating for hotel is very misleading. Once we opened the door to the room we immediately felt the heat and almost immediately saw bugs coming out from everywhere. I was happy we were changed to a different room when I requested one but still found a bug in the bed , ewhen requested a new room be given to us, which was better then the original but over all the service was p

Told my children to wear their flip flops in the shower because I was no confident in the cleanliness of the shower. Staff was friendly Broken glass bottles in the parking lot but was well lit at night. A/C in our first room worked fine other than being louder than normal. Second room A/C function was mediocre. Internet didn’t work and attendant was not surprised.

This place is okay. Parking is good. The lobby is decent. They have coffee and muffins for breakfast which we did not use. The bedroom area was okay. The bathroom was not the cleanest- I saw hair, a toenail and dirt in a corner. It did have hot water, a running fridge and decent cable, so it was okay. I always spray down my room with Lysol before even taking off my mask. And by the way, most people in the area do not wear a mask.

My room had a bad wet smell, the curtains were nasty and dirty. Housekeeping did not come back to my room to clean and replace towels and trash cans. The hotel furniture is old and dirty l could on and on but what I won't do is refer this hotel to anyone!

It was an okay place to stay cheap. The elevator & hallways smelled like weed the whole two days we were there, but so did the rest of NOLA

It’s okay.
This is our second time staying at baymont. First time we had the deluxe king second stay we had a standard king. They were almost similar just had a shower and sofa in the deluxe. Beds are okay. Bring your own pillows because these suck. And the ac makes a lot of noise.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were in good condition. However, the air conditioner was making noises throughout the night and my room smelled like it could use some air freshener and when I ask front desk I was told that they did not have any. I feel housekeeping should spray air fresheners in rooms or have some kind of air freshener in them to keep them smelling good.

King room one night
Overall stay was nice. Bed was comfy shower and bathroom were huge. Only thing was when checking in you have to pay a 150 deposit. If you pay cash you can get it back next day, pay card and you’ll have to wait a few days.

Pros: Low price, mcdonald's just down the street and close to nola motorsport park. Cons: got ice from the ice machine and there was LOTS OF MOLD. The chunky black kind, yuck!! No breakfast (covid-19 related).

I will never stay here again.
The hotel is mediocre for the price. They charge a $150 cost for incidentals, and it took 7days for it to come back into my account. Most hotels charge you if there is damage but this ridiculous. I was also charged $23 for early check in. The hotel was empty.
