设施陈旧。需要改进

这个酒店地理位置偏僻,要走很多很窄的路才能找到(幸亏本人车技过硬,换个别人,或许会“遍体鳞伤”)。内部设施陈旧。问题是,经营者不愿意花钱改善。主要体现在:浴缸、台盆下水缓慢,容易积水,想想在淋雨过程中,自己的脚浸泡在水里,而那积水中或许就有泡过前面房客的脚的剩余积水。相信任何人看到这里都会后背发痒!现在是淡季,没有多少客人入住,是修缮的最好时机,为什么不利用好这个机会?了解酒店经营管理的人都知道:能否保证酒店设施的成色,特别是设施的完好率,不但影响到成本,而且影响到市场地位!走廊地毯色彩不错,却脏得连照片都不敢拍了;卫生间的门,因为铰链锈死,开门时就会发出“叽叽”的响声,起夜时总会吵醒另一半。浴缸上装了一块遮挡冲淋水的玻璃板,很危险——卫生间这样的湿滑的地方,一旦滑倒,就会破相,甚至滑坡动脉威胁生命!更麻烦的是,根本挡不了多少水,一次淋浴后,地面上还是会溅到很多水。这种情况下,那块玻璃就显得更加危险!另外,室内没有电热水壶,吃药都不方便。要跑到餐厅去向工作人员讨要。Front Desk的工作人员很不错,能讲很好的英语(以前很多法国人会讲,但就是不跟你讲),很漂亮,很热情,也很虚心。希望他们能够改善!

An oasis near the city center.

Pros: We stayed in a lovely room in a Provencal style. Comfortable bed but the headboard might need to be tighten. The bathroom had a big corner bath, I would have preferred a walking shower as you had to take a shower sitting down. But if you like bath then it is a nice spacious bath. Some nice complementary toiletries from L'Occitane were in the bathroom. The room was on the ground floor with direct access to a patio. It was near the car park so a light sleeper might prefer another room but we had a good night sleep. The continental breakfast was a self service cold buffet with a wide selection of breads, cakes, viennoiseries, fruits, yogourts, ham, cheese etc... We didn't try the restaurant but the menu looked interesting. We visited in the Autumn and didn't try the swimming pool. Overall an old charming french hotel.
Cons: I would have prefer to have a really nice walking shower as the bath and the shower system was not the easiest one to use.
Location: The hotel is situated in an old bourgeois quartier of Marseille. A short walk from the sea front la Corniche (easy to go down, harder to come back!)

Ideal pour visiter Marseille

j'ai visité Marseille en pouvant rentrer dans cet oasis de calme en profitant d'un diner sur la terrasse d'un très bon rapport qualité prix L'accueil est dans cet hôtel très professionnel et chaleureux

Hammer

Ist ein Luxus Hotel. Aber top nichts zum bemängeln.. Das Zimmer war der Hammer habe die Luxussuit genommen Hammer!! Aber auch die anderen Zimmer sind in einem sehr schönem Zustand. Essen war sehr fein und immer genug bis zu viel. Buffet wurde immer wider aufgefüllt. War eines der besten Hotels auf meiner Europareise.!

Hotel très agréable et au calme!

Pros: Tout aimé, l'emplacement en retrait du centre ville donc très calme! Tout aimé!!
Cons: Supprimer la moquette dans la chambre, ( pas très hygienique) Ménage, à revoir pour un hôtel 4 étoiles!
Location: Quartier très tranquille et calme! Marseille est une ville à visiter fond en comble, à voir aussi les Calanques!
Parfait, à noter la soirée "Pasta" du jeudi, un excellent moment, très agréable et convivial! Terrasse ou nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner et dîner tous les jours!

Our room was small. The bathroom had a tub/shower and sink. The toilet was in another room in the unit. There were several outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing though. The hotel is away from town which allowed for a quiet atmosphere. There is public buses into town if needed.
