There were not slippers in the room - all time I’ve stayed there. I informed the reception abour problem - without result.
We had a great time here, located 2 min walk from the beach which was the main reason for booking this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and gave some excellent recommendations for eating out and places to go.
Great views from bar and restaurant, very good buffet breakfast. We walked to Port area for a drink In the evening to many of the bar areas. The next menu g we walked through the lovely park area near the hotel with stunning views of Marseille and coastal area.
Amazing hotel, outstanding and helpful staff, extremely professional. But after leaving both our chargers there in our first day in the country it was incresiably difficult to have them returned to us. We spoke with the hotel manager on different occasions, it was just crazy the amount of paperwork ...
What a delight, after the dusty streets of Marseille to retreat into the fragrant, cool and calm Un Mas en Ville. Lovely: from a dip in the beautiful pool to the simple breakfast this place was a treat.
Super, relaxing few days, very close to the sea, great restaurant, close to the town and a great backdrop. Efficient and friendly staff.
This hotel close to metro, buses stops and restaurants and turist places, The hotel hallways little dark and small elevator. Staff were nice.
Comfortable hotel but our room (classique) was tiny. We ended up paying the local per person tax twice--once via Expedia and again when we checked out. I didn't notice until we had departed. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. Overall good experience, but the room could have been cheaper ...
We had an amazing four day trip to Marseille. We took the airport bus to the train station and walked from there to the hotel ( about ten to fifteen minutes) but we could have easily taken the metro which was only two stops from Joliette. We were greeted at the hotel by their lovely staff who very ...
20 minutes to St Charles by Metro, bus and taxis easily accessible. Shops for food and browsing nearby. Perfect for comfort, includes all the essential facilities and if you're looking for somewhere quiet, some down to earth French culture and environment. Lovely views the mountains from the ...
My only complaint about my stay was that I wasn't there longer! The text message confirmations, warm staff reception, gorgeous property, commitment to sustainability, and quiet elegance made this the perfect place to stay in Marseille.
Easy walk to vieux port. Lots of info in foyer. Friendly staff. Smiled nicely at our poor French! Minor points - small rooms, rather shabby bathroom shower and 1 of our rooms' A/C did not work.
If you're willing to walk to the village center, 20 min and hilly, this is the place! Easy to find with secure parking on site. It was quiet with friendly and helpful staff who speak english. Good value breakfast on site and although we didn't use it a very inviting pool.
