This property is 15 minutes walk from St.Charles station Marseille which makes travelling and catching buses easy. It is very safe and perfectly located. Different food options in the area (a lot of halal meal options) Breakfast was fine (same thing on daily baises less variety) Room was clean but washroom needs a faceleft, it feels like a train toilet, also hotel needs to invest in some new towels 😊 Overall it was a good place for a traveller who used the room only to sleep at night, did not use any other amenities so can’t comment on that.

Lovely hotel super staff great breakfast and excellent self service laundry facilities. The area immediately around the hotel is pretty run down although this no doubt is the responsibility of Marseille city. I disliked the bathroom …it’s a factory pod style which is not very comfortable to use.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked their “best” room. See full review below - Check out at 10 am (if you want to check out at 12 you have to pay €10 per hour. Never seen this anywhere in the world - breakfast is horrible. Stay hungry is a better option. Also, it’s like school tables/canteen. Everyone sits next to each other. - you need an umbrella for the day? That’s €5 - Rooms are like prison cells. - Staff treats customers like inmates. - One key for a room of two. Deal with it! - Beds and pillow are far from comfortable. Cement must be more comfortable - Carpets are horrible for anyone with dust allergy - see photo - No wardrobes - you get three hangers in front of your bed - see photo - toilets kept dripping throughout the stay - see video - telephone in the room not working and concierge is challenging that it does until he admitted it doesn’t work see video. If you need anything you should go all the way down to the reception.
