Excellent hotel

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The staff was friendly, facility was clean, room was comfortable and didn't have an unpleasant smell that you typically get in some hotels.

The stay was great and the customer service and breakfast was awesome. I just wish the bathroom was bigger but it all worked out

Nice hotel. Good breakfast and warm nice pool.

Pros: Warm pool. No need to a hot tub. Nice, clean and quiet.
Location: Stopped in Chillocothe Missouri at the Golden Corral. Very good food.
Stayed here over night. Got up early to start out the next day. I was glad that they state the serving time for breakfast to start at 6:30 A.M on Saturday, but hey actually had things ready by 6:15 A.M. Very nice warm pool.

great breakfast !

Pros: Easy to find, quiet, clean, I felt safe traveling with children.
Cons: Hot Tub, later hours for the pool. If you are traveling with kids they need tired out the pool does that and if you dont get back from eating late.
Location: We where there for a cheer competition in Seldalia, all the hotel that had openings where not hotels I will ever stay in.
Fast easy check in called us to give a 2 beds d/t 3 guest and sold out online. Very clean quite. Pool closed at 1000 pm only complaint we had it was quiet and is in visual from front desk could of stayed open. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Yes fruit was ripe, not just apples and bananas. There was many choices made my family fed well for their activities.

Gross and upsetting

When getting ready for bed we pulled back the covers and found blood on the sheets. It was clear that it was not a stain but that the sheet had not been changed. We slept in the other bed but informed the fron desk of the situation. They offered to switch us rooms, but we said we would just stay in the other bed due to it being so late and not wanting to move that late. She said a note would be made for when we checked out. Up on checking out nothing was said to me about it. The clerk working was standing at the check out counter eating and didn't really say much of anything. I was aggravated about the whole situation so I contacted the main number for your hotels. I was told that they were sorry and they contacted the hotel while I was on the other line. The person at the hotel said they offered to come change the sheets which they did not. This whole experience was very upsetting. I found it rather gross and was upset that nothing was said to me about a reimbursement or a free night. I feel as though that would have been the right thing to do.
