I was on the main floor. Kids kept running back and forth. Sounded like a heard of elephants. The light in the bathroom was flickering. It would trigger someone with Siemens. Our room safe was locked. I told the desk and they did nothing. The hot tub failed and was not available. They were always running out of towels in the pool. Would only put out 3 at a time. The room keys don’t work most of the time. The receptionist told us we have to scan it fast. We did but no luck. She came over and tried but it didn’t work for her either at the pool door. The breakfast was good. It took forever for the waffle batter to come out. After holding up the line I got half a waffle. It tasted good. Lots of room for improvement.

I did not stay on Saturday evening because I got hurt and was not able to attend the bowling tournament. Expedia would not refund my money. I will never book through Expedia ever again!!!!!!

Property was clean. Staff were easily available, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, as well as available hot drinks 24/7. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Price was very reasonable and location was convenient to shopping/dining.

This place is old. They use the same key cards over and over, we black mold in bathroom, refrigerator stop working and a big hole in comforter.

Remodeling definitely needed. Booked the room for 2 nights. Only stayed one. Smelled awful, stains in the carpet, shower curtain rack pulled away from the wall. Would not recommend

Nice place! There were some bad past reviews? Idk if they changed owners or managers? But this is a nice place & economical. Clean! Nice personnel! Nice lil pool & workout room! The gentleman at the front check-in was great! We’re Very happy! My husband drives a semi & we typically do our reset somewhere between Milan-Gaylord. We just happened to stay in Marshall & pic this place, we will definitely be back! Good job guys & thank-you!

Did not clean the room or provide towels, nor make up the beds. We had to clean our rooms and ask for towels every morning. Did not provide coffee machine until we asked for one, mo coffee to use unless you go to front lobby. Never had an experience like this one. Will never select Quality Hotel nor recommend it to anyone

the key cards did not work. the handicapped accessible wasn't-just a bar at the bathtub does not the room make handicapped accessible. the key card didn't work for the entry door either. I stay often at a choice hotel, but this was a dissappointment.

The did not likes were carpets were dirty, on stairs, hallway, and in the room. there were bugs, in windows in room and hallway. a staff member was very rude. Asked for clean towels and had to get them insted of being delivered to room. Was disrespected by a staff member. Th we continental breakfast was cold the juice was colored water no flavor at all. Stayed at this facility a few months ago and had an amazing stay. Only downfall at that time was jacuzzi was being fixed. This stay was definitely a bad stay. Form admission to discharge. Will be going somwhere else in future. Too bad.

Well the chair leg was broken and my traveling companion fell and hit the floor, and got cut on the end table. The tub would not drain so only one person could shower for the day. When I checked out and told the attendant after tracking him down, he had no concern

Very outdated and dirty. Bathrooms are TINY. Only enough room for a standing glass shower and toilet. The tracks around the shower and floor were filthy. Carpeting is old, covered in stains. Rooms are non-smoking, but wreak of cigarettes. Front desk clerk was friendly & tried to be helpful. Wouldn't book again.

The fridge didnt work, so I wasnt able to keep food for my 4 day stay. The carpets were dirty, and the back door into the hotel didnt close and lock which I feel is a security issue and protecting the people who stay there. Anybody could have walked in the back of that hotel without a key card. Beds were comfortable, tv worked good. The continental breakfast was iffy. Coffee was cold in carafes, no milk for cereal, didnt offer much. 😕 the staff was friendly. I cant recommended either way, but I dont think I would stay there again.
