Can’t beat $100 and 2 blocks from the White House, lovely staff

Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.

Definitely worth the higher price if you’re doing things in the heart of DC. It’s a great neighborhood with tons to see 5 blocks in every direction, PERFECT for GWU visitors. Front desk staff are super nice. Valet parking was expensive or try your luck on the street. Hot tip: there are public parking decks for 1/4 the price just a couple blocks away. Hotel restaurant was disappointing to say the least, Tiny menu and they were out of lots of items (no lite beer at all?!?!).

Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms air condition was clean and working amazingly. Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay. We loved everything about this hotel just wish it was a pool and some outdoor activities on site. We were hopeful to try revelations but they were not open yet.
