This is the best hotel in Newton area. Spacious rooms. Great staff. Nice dining area. Very convenient right off I-80. Close to raceway.

The rooms are very quiet, you never hear the neighbors! The breakfast area was nice and this same space is used as a bar at night. Easy access to the Interstate and going into town (Newton). We will stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay!
My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding last week. From the second we walked in we were greeted very kindly and treated the same throughout our stay. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to give a heads up one is the fact they don’t have vending machines in the building. There’s is a gas station in the parking lot of the hotel, a 24hr Loves truck stop with a attached McDonald’s across the street or a Casey’s not far down the road if you need a snack or drink. Overall great experience with super nice people and would recommend to my family friends!

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. We would have fixed all of those things for you or moved you to a different room. My staff is on site 24 hours a day to help.If I remember correctly we had offered to fix the tv issue for you. I understand that the inconvenience of those things were probably very frustrating.We go above and beyond to make sure our guests have a good experience staying with us and anytime we can fix an issue we do. it’s a hotel just off the interstate..
Room was surface clean, we got in and were so tired that we didn’t pay attention much to the room. The next morning we noticed that the top of the head board looked like it only got dusted when a pillow was thrown against it. Bathroom floor needed swept behind the door and under the sink, mirror in the living area of our room had what looked like smudge marks from a small child. I did let the front desk know at checkout and they did adjust my rate $20, and were very nice about it. Overall I’d stay again if I needed to, but I’d look at the room as I got in it.

Will definitely stay here again!
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We stayed at 4 other hotels this week and none of them compared! The breakfast was decent, my only complaint is that they allow other guests to bring their dogs into the breakfast area where people are eating.

Oh my!!!!! Under construction for damage from hail but our room was spectacular! Staff at front desk was amazingly terrific, kind and helpful! Great place - our room was huge and over looked, with two huge windows, a pond and field❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful stay
Absolutely best hotel in a 3 week trip. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Beds and pillows comfortable and clean. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty of the usual hot and cold options. Location was easy in and out. All around an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time I come back it get worse every time. The rooms are big but in need of updating and repair. The toilet is not secure ro the floor. The refrigerator door won't close. The shower curtain is to short to stay inside of the tub. Glob of hair in tub and dirt in the corners. I think this will be our last stay at this hotel.

Greg- We work really hard to make sure that every guest has a good experience staying with us. I was not aware of the toilet issue, the issue with the shower curtain or the issue with the fridge. The cleanliness issue will be addressed with my staff. We take those things very seriously and I can assure you these things will be taken care of immediately. These are all things I would have taken care of immediately if I would have known.
