“First and last time here. Room was dirty”

“It was within walking distance of downtown and short drive for Amish country and our concert near Akron.”

“Generally disappointed. Lots of small items in the room in rough shape or not working properly. Towels were SO worn. It's been decades since I've been in a hotel room with such poor quality towels. There were numerous long black hairs around the bathroom - I'm going to be generous and assume they belonged to someone from housekeeping. But they should tie their hair up better if that's the case. Also they were very proud of their new televisions and updated viewing platform, TV was nice but the……

“There were dirty towels left in the closet and the hand soap container was empty. HOWEVER, it is a beautiful facility. Our one-night stay was enjoyable.”

“After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by. We were very comfortable there during our stay and I would highly suggest it to anyone, especially for the very reasonable price. Thank you for making us feel at home while we were traveling!”

“Management was supposed to refund reservation made in error. Either the hotel or Expedia didn't follow through with promise of refund.”

“The breakfast area was being renovated. We got a banana at checkout and a small packet of muffins. The desk said since we booked thru a 3rd party they couldn’t make a price adjustment for the advertised continental breakfast we did not get. Due to the renovations it looked like the fire exits were blocked off. Not sure if the doors were locked or not . The rooms had no shelves or drawers for belongings. There were hooks to hang things. The towel hooks in the bathroom were right over the toilet……
