The whole property in & out was very clean & organized. The staff is always courteous & friendly. I had to leave a day early, due to a pressing personal matter. The stay was great while I was there.

The last night, the whole hotel was woken up by a fire alarm at 2 AM. So, we had to evacuate our rooms to Later, it was found that it was one of the prank by one of the kids staying at the hotel. The hotel was too noisy with kids running in the hallway past midnight. The hotel should have security to enforce quiet hours rules in the hotel.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean, bathrooms are spotless, staff is always friendly. If you don’t put a privacy sign in the door the housekeeping staff will wake you up to ask if you want the room turned over. Also, they will charge you $15 a night per vehicle for parking which is ridiculous, shouldn’t it be included in the stay? There is plenty of room in the lot. Sometimes the gate is open, sometimes it is closed, there is no consistency and honestly it’s a total turnoff for them to charge for parking. Otherwise, I have stayed here several weekends and prefer this hotel being off the beaten path and in a somewhat quieter location.

The front desk Staff was exceptional!! Quite don’t understand why they charge guest to park? I understand there are space issues in different locations however, if you are an overnight guest at the Quincy Marriott why charge? Plenty of parking !

My only complaint would be my room keys didn't work have to lug all of my luggage back down to service desk from 7th floor and then after getting new ones only one worked!!

I was given a room that was not cleaned and was very messy and then moved to another room. The bad thing is I got bitten by a bed bug. Terrible experience.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk newyears eve for check in 4PM were VERY Helpful, especially the gentleman. If I could give 10 Stars I would for his inclusion, respect, attitude, Professionalism and helpfulness. 20/10 Will stay again.
