Close to medical facilities.

The front desk lady - Sarah - helped me with my luggage after I realized there were no elevators. She went above and beyond for me.

Good for a family of 4

On an impromptu visit to a family member that was ill, we stayed here. Nice hotel, great pool and hot tub for the kids. Rooms were big and had a lot of space with 2 Queen size beds! The only downside was you could hear what was going on in other rooms. We heard the wake up call at 630 in one room and the alarm ring at 7 in another.

Average at best.

Overnight for business. Room decor and furniture was dated and beat up, TV was way too small, and everything was set extra low, like set up for handicapped access.

It was an okay experience and not what I had hoped for as a restful night on a business trip

A few annoyances, but would probably stay again.

CONS- "energy efficient" thermostat that you plug your key card in to make it work. Room was freezing and when I called front desk the guy on night shift spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I was stupid because I couldn't see a tiny switch to turn heat on. Even after doing so, it was blowing a little warm air and ice cold out the sides. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and walls are very thin and you can hear doors slamming. Wifi signal weak. PROS- convenient location. Very nice pool area with lots of seating, arcade, and pool tables. Only wish alcohol wasn't allowed in because the pool was full of drunk men doing canon balls and almost landed on my kids a few times. Nice comfortable bedding. Sit down breakfast in attached restaurant. Reasonably priced room. Close to hospital which is why we were there. Clean.
