The woman that checked us in was so nice, friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay again! Every worker that I came across while staying was very nice and smiling. I have never stayed at a hotel where everyone was this nice. I will definitely be back evEry time I'm in Martinsburg.

It's a wonderfully convenient place to stay, hotel is nice and clean, free breakfast is good and offers different options, overall good value for the price. Only real negative complaint is bed was extremely uncomfortable. A firm mattress is not a bad thing, but it was more like sleeping on a hard floor instead of an actual bed. Otherwise its a nice hotel.

I had a good experience there. Would add that the bath tiles had some pink mold on it. Yuck.

I will stay again when visiting family in area, first night's suite (with Jacuzzi, great) smaller disability room was very convenient, not fancy, but very comfortable, breakfasts provided, nice with flavored waffles!! Staff very helpful, always had accurate wake-up calls (even 4a on departure to airport). Rooms had mini microwave and fridge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Some things although well maintained were somewhat out dated. The jet tub in the bathroom was a little old. I was surprised on the layout of the room. Most suites have a small room with a couch and tv. This had one large l shaped room. The tv stand was situated such that you really couldn’t watch tv lying in the bed or sitting in the lounge chair. All in all I found the experience a decent value for the money.

Love this place. Clean quiet and they don’t charge you an arm leg. Remember, you just want to rent a room not buy it! Very affordable and breakfast with excellent they have great coffee too. When I come back to West Virginia, I will always come to Comfort Inn.

My room smelled so bad I had to keep spraying my bed. I bought a sheet to cover and still couldn’t stand the smell. Elevator was broken so I had to lug my things downstairs. Staff was nice enough to help but this place is disgusting. These reviews are lying.

This hotel is a very great place to stay. It is as good as or better than many other hotels in the area that cost a lot more than this one. We come to Martinsburg frequently and will make it a point to always stay at this facility in the future.

The price was fair and it is an old hotel, but the walls are paper thin. Two out of four nights we were awaken by our neighbors. Breakfast is free but unimpressive.

The initial room was right next to the lobby and was not ideal for a light sleeper like myself. I asked Colton at the front desk if there were any other rooms available. Colton was able to accommodate us graciously. He is an asset to the hotel!

I liked the fact that the staff that worked there were friendly. I liked that the property did have a place downstairs where I could work out. They had a treadmill, an elliptical, a bench, and a set of dumbbells to use.
