Clean enough but noisy

The room seems clean enough but my companion found a dirty Band-Aid wrapper in her bed. The ergonomics of the bathroom were terrible. The faucet is too low in the sink and you have to reach way back to get to the toilet paper holder. Worst of all the people in the room next to us separated only by a door made a huge amount of noise until well after 2 o'clock in the morning. Why book rooms side-by-side if the hotel is not that full? Noise from the highway was also pretty bad. I was offended that FOXNews was the station of choice in the breakfast room. How about a local station that is not politically charged?

We are committed to the satisfaction of all of our guests and I'm sorry we failed to meet your expectations. I will certainly pass along your concerns of the bandaid wrapper in your sheets to our housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, the bathroom layout is out of our control as it is a Hampton by Hilton design. Also, we do leave the remote control of the television out for our guests to select programming that they wish to see. The television station that was on during your breakfast was most likely left on by another guest. We do hope that these things will not prevent you from staying with us again in the future. Excellent hotel right off highway

Staff excellent. New hotel layout of room and cleanliness excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast included was traditional buffet options ok.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot, great coffee. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Very clean and new. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay

Booking the room was easy. Check in was fast and the staff very pleasant and helpful. There were home baked cookies, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available. The room was very clean and comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and very filling. I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling because I can count on their rooms to be clean, the staff friendly, and the food good.

Great Hotel, Great Location

I chose the hotel because it was conveniently located off I81. The hotel is beautiful, clean and room was very comfortable
