Comfortable room, but I could hear noises at night

Pros: Clean, room comfortable, but noisy in the halls. Nothing more to say
Cons: Didn't see restaurant or bar, would have been nice.
Location: Plenty of places to eat, but not much to do otherwise. Straight shot from casino which is why I went. I would stay again.

not worth the money

Pros: the staff was very friendly convenient to I-81
Cons: see above plus - we reserved a room w/ a jetted tub - didn't get it -
Location: had to walk across a dark four lane highway to get to a real restaurant
room was small and run down - bathroom not clean - cockroaches in the corner - noisy - slamming doors and crying babies woke us up all night - breakfast "buffet" had no meat - "steak" and eggs, and eggs - cold cereals were sugary junk -

Good Location

Pros: location
Overall good experience. Close to stores and restaurants. Easily accessible. Room had I fridge and microwave super convenient. Breakfast was great good variety . All the TV channels were not available. Hotel under renovation

Pros: everything
Cons: be able to close the drapes!
Location: gambling, shopping out-let malls, relaxing.......
my Mother and I was out of town for the evening and was looking for a place to stay after we come for the casino, and this place was on the top list in your area, had a wonderful time looking forward to staying again when I return to that area.........

It wasn't equipped as your picture stated. No jet tub in our room very disappointed.

Great overnight stay!

We were traveling home from Maine and just needed a one night stay. It was clean and comfortable. Just off interstate so convenient as well. Good variety in the breakfast options. Coffee available 24/7.

Worst Hampton Inn stay ever

The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The room leaked during a rain storm. When I called the front desk and informed them, their first response was, 'Yes we know and no you cannot change rooms, we are full. We will bring you a bucket to catch the water.' A staff person brought an ice bucket up and said 'don't use the light so you don't electrocute yourself' and left. The hall carpet was so saturated with water it soaked our shoes. The staff was kind of enough to inform us that the hotel was going to start renovations the next week. The next night when it rained again and water was coming in again between the beds in the phone and night stands, we called and were able to get a room that was dry. I got one night's stay taken off the bill, but only because I asked. The ceiling and walls had old water stains on them , so clearly this roof leak is not new. This is so disappointing, because Hampton Inn has always been consistent and reliable. We also included the photo we took of some men who were hanging out in the parking lot. That had plugged in their crock pot outside the rear entrance and had strung a long extension card from to outlet with the crock pot across the lot to their van. Unbelievable the hotel staff walked by this several times and did nothing about it.

Great hotel fory spoiled Los Angeles expectations

The staff was great, greeting and courteous every time. The location was excellent with so many options for food literally down the "driveway." Beds were comfortable, daily breakfast, and got a to-go goodie bag when I didn't have time to eat there. My first hotel review, not because it was the best, but because it far surpassed any expectations I had for a hotel in Martinsburg (no offense, locals), so wanted to contribute to reviews instead of only depending on other people and not giving back.
