The decor is wonderful! The staff is amazing. But our room door handle gave us trouble. Finally figured out you had to pull up on it. The suitcase stand was very rickety and barely usable. But more troubling were three metal brackets jutting out from under the mattresses ready to grab your ankles when you got near one side of the bed. Ouch. Room 110.

There was no microwave or fridge in the room but the front desk receptionist said that the room has those appliances before we checked in.

I was looking for a dog friendly facility, there were no questions asked except a description and I had to fill out a form that if there was any damage I would take care of it. My dog is very indoor friendly, he just needed to figure out the elevator! I very much enjoyed the stay and if I need to do it again would pick this place. I did not take my dog to breakfast, LOL, but the breakfast was handy and quick and tasty. Thank you

Me and my son was trapped in the elevator for 40 minutes and then my room keys had to be switched or 6 times

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience during your recent stay. Our tech did find the issue with our elevator and has already replaced that part. We understand such issues did not leave you with favorable impressions of the hotel. Our lock vendor will be in today and we will pass this onto him to immediately look into this issue.
