The Hyatt is clean, quiet, safe and the staff are very nice and professional. I always tell my family and friends about Hyatt National Harbor as a great place to stay. Note to Hyatt: If you need someone to stay at your hotels as a secret shopper, you have a volunteer in us!"

"Great hotel! We enjoyed the fact that we were able to park the car then enjoy the rest of our stay on foot. The location was perfect! Across the street from the Inner Harbor, we went to The Maryland Science Center across the street, walked 10 minutes to The National Aquarium and ate at delicious restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. View at night was great! Amenities were very nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that the rooftop basketball court was closed and my son brought his basketball with him since we saw the pictures on the internet. However, we look forward to visiting again and are hopeful that the court will be open next time!"
