Business/shoppping stay .

Posted Oct 14, 2017
Pros: Everything
Cons: Could not be bettered
Location: Close to tube station and Oxford street. Ideal for shopping and Theatreland.
From the first minute of arrival we could not have experienced a better stay anywhere in London. All the staff were friendly and pleasant, from the doormen, check in, bedroom ladies, dining room etc. Four ladies travelling together and we felt very safe and secure there. Cannot fate this place highly enough and would certainly stay again.

London vacation

Posted Aug 18, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Executive Lounge appeared to be an after thought, understanding the construction was an issue. But the temp location was a poor choice.
Location: It's London
6 Days in London, hotel was acceptable but nothing to brag about. They were doing some renovations during our stay, so maybe in the future it will be better.

Pros: location
Cons: needs air conditioning inside especially on floors. breakfast is mediocre. omelets are good. coffe very bad.
Location: close to oxford street and hyde park.
good location terrible sorroundings especially the front view of hotel. only lobby is air conditioned. it is stifling on floors. room views are disappointing. overall though superbly located if you want to get around easily!

Friendly Staff

Posted Jul 7, 2017
Pros: Location, cleanliness and tidy
Cons: The pillows in our room seem to have gone past their best, they need replacing. Also Water should be in the fridge on arrival.
Location: Edgeware Road, Oxford street and all sorts of restaurants are all nearby.
This hotel is well located with friendly staff. It has parking but its not great for a bigger car or a 4 x 4. The concierge was extremely helpful and allowed us to park on the front of the hotel. This hotel is generally good although on the expensive side for what it is. Breakfast was fairly good although the service was a little hit & miss.

Location: Centrally placed for getting to Hyde Park and Paddington for Underground.
Room available before 15:00hrs which was great, staff very friendly and helpful, check in & check out hassle free, will definitely stay here again.

Central Location

Posted Jun 27, 2017
Pros: The restaurant downstairs where I would go for late night drinks since they opened late.
Cons: They were already doing improvements so the hotel was pretty updated.
Location: The location was a couple blocks away from Oxford Street so it was perfect for walking and shopping.
This hotel was close to Oxford Street with all the shopping. It was a nice walk to Marble Arch, where you can catch the bus for tours around the city. Once you are walking down Oxford, you can even walk to Piccadilly Circus, which has more restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and updated and has great food in their restaurant. I would stay here again for sure.

Overall great. Bed was a little too hard for my comfort.
