Overall staff is nice but communication problems

Rooms are nice and comfy,breakfast is amazing and staff is good but at times not so friendly. Communication gaps create confusion.Restaurant staff is more courteous and accommodating. Location is wonderful.

Pros: location .breakfast nice staff

Great for walking around the west end of London.

Located near the Central line at Marble Arch station. Walking to shopping on Oxford. Many restaurants to choose from. Made our stay in London wonderful

Best Price & Convenience Hotel

Pros: good
Cons: elivator is dont work with key card for some reason (one from two)
Location: Oxford street, close subway station, Hyde park
- Hotel location is about 5 min walk to Marble Arch subway station, Oxford street, Hyde Park. - Breakfast (Included in the booking package) is very nice, fresh Orenge Juice that you can make it, and the other sausage and egg.

Old hotel with great location. - average breakfast for 22 pounds - friendly staff - better pay extra 40 pound and go to Hyatt Churchill in the same block Is Not radisson blu level

Well located hotel of mixed quality

Pros: Concierge was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the selection of complimentary newspapers.
Cons: Shelves or drawers in the standard double rooms - we were staying for four nights and don't like living out of a suitcase.
Location: Portman Square provides convenient access to Hyde Park for jogging or walking, the Central Line, and the Bond Street/Piccadilly art world.
Like the location close to Hyde Park and Oxford Strret. Standard double rooms are small and there were no shelves or drawers for clothes - only a small hanging closet. Breakfast (included) was first-class, with great fresh orange juice, coffee and croissants, although service was spotty.

Great location. Rooms need updating.

Can't fault the location. The rooms amenities were great. The arm chair not so comfortable. The furniture very tired looking. The balcony's glass was cracked and therefore not pleasant to see.

Excellent location

It was an great hotel, excellent location near the conference where I was attending. Also it is close to shopping , great restaurants and other facilities. Lobby was great
