Great

Was there for pastor class the only thing I can say bad is the rug needed to be vacuum better but everything else was premium

Nice hotel. Convenient location.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Came into town for a bowling tournament for our son. Hotel in nice location, very clean and updated. Room was spacious snd bed was comfortable. No issues at all. Continental breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, french toast and the usual pastries, cereals and whatnots. Overall very nice. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel hiding in industrial park

Nice hotel. In a better area would be a 5 star. Area isnt sketchy, just undeveloped.

Please come back and try us again, we just finished a wifi upgrade, with 4 access points on each floor...30 to 100 megs now. We are upgrading the pool later this year, new air system, new paint, new floor, new widows and doors. Thanks for staying.

Not good

Well for one we had the fire alarm go off at midnight kids are asleep and I had to wake them up. they should of did something for us for having to sit outside for 45 minutes. Could get back in room till 1 and kids could fall back to sleep cause they was scared so we got no sleep. And all the hotel could say is I'm sorry for ur inconvience. I'm sorry but if i didn't customer service I wouldn't say that. Needless to say I won't stay again. Even though I liked the room. Customer service wasn't so great

We follow all state and local laws when it comes to a fire alarm, you number one safety is our main concern. Unfortunately we had another guest smoking in a non smoking building and the fire alarm went off, we cant not allow guest to stay into hotel when a fire alarm is going off....we have to wait for the fire department to come out and make sure it is safe for you and your family. If you want call hotel and discuses your inconvenience, I am sure the GM will make it right for you.

Just recently remodeled - poorly

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Considering this place had been remodeled in the last couple of years the condition was very disappointing, especially the pool area.
The room was OK, not worth the extra we paid for a suite. Pool was small and shallow, no spa, sauna was out of order. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels as there were none in pool. Breakfast was typical for type of hotel; egg discs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. We ate out. We normally stay at Comfort Inn in Marysville but thought we'd give Holiday Inn a try. Back to Comfort Inn for next visit to grandkids (we make six trips each year, two or three nights per trip.)

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. The spa has been fixed with a brand new unit, its up and running now. The pool is being put out of service in Nov, we are draining pool and repainting it, repainting the walls and getting a new air system too....it will be nice.
