The hotel was being renovated while we were there so the walls in the hallway were unfinished. I think this is the reason that we could hear people so well in the hallway. The room was awesome and so was the breakfast

Nice hotel but undergoing renovations

The hotel was nice but all the halls were still undergoing renovations so they all had taped drywall that made the hotel look cheap- they should tell you the hotel is under renovation and they should adjust the room prices accordingly. When you pay $130 a night you expect a great hotel. Bfast was OK- standard fare.

Motel 6 disguised as a Holiday Inn Express

The highlights: The gentleman who greeted us was outstanding. The water pressure in the shower is great and the bed and linens are very nice. Except for that, the rest of the staff and facilities are way below standard for a Holiday Inn Express. The excuse maybe that it is under going remodel. However the appointment and furnishings of the new rooms are very cheap. The furniture is flimsy and the carpet is pressed down squares with absolutely no padding. something I would expect in a lower rate hotel. It also dose not excuse the fact that the parking lot is small and undersized. The facility smells like a rest home, or the fact some of the staff are just plain rude. I am aware that this is only one or two hotels located in this college town so your choices are limited. I would not recommend this particular HDE.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was wonderful. The hotel is undergoing renovations so it was hard to rate the condition. Bed was comfortable and the room was very nice size-wise. Overall, nice stay.

Terrible experience, very over-priced.

Shower would not work in our first room, had to change rooms. Paper thin walls-could hear people on either side and above us all night/morning. Terrible experience and WAY TOO Expensive!
