The hotel is full of history but modern

Our room had an air of the original building but was large, airy and very comfortable. The reception clerk Shawn couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and informative. We sat at the chef's table twice and were wonderfully welcomed each time. Kurt Nygaurd's menu was fantastic and he himself very entertaining.
We would certainly return here if ever back in Mason and would highly recommend both the hotel and the 1910 restaurant attached to the hotel.
