Our room was clean and nice but the beds were very uncomfortable. Ice machines only on 2 floors and no vending machines. Staff a little aloof. Several other minor issues. Good room layout but would not come here again.

Ok but not great for price

Room was clean, but small. No bathtub. No vending machines or ice machine available. Only small snack area for purchace near desk...not a very good selection. Pool water was cloudy and seemed very over chlorinated. Not happy overall for the price I paid.

Frozen inside and out

We arrived for a late check in on a very cold night in Mason , OH. Check in went smoothly and we arrived at a very pleasant room....except one thing. It was 26* outside and the same inside the room. We quickly turned the heater up but it never heated up. Blew cold air out consistently. I called down stairs for additional blankets and was requested to come back down to pick them up. She asked if I wanted to change a room but I had already had the children to take baths. I asked that she make a note that the room needed to have the heater checked the next day. She confirmed and I returned to the room. The bathroom light bulb started to flicker and then blew out. Just in time for my shower. A bit unsettling but I was exhausted. I decide to call for a late check out and she said fine. 10am come housekeeping...stating they were management and wanting to know when we were checking out. I was told 12:30. She said she had no record. I liked the possibility of having a good visit but I became really disheartened with what seemed to be a lack of communication.

Modern Hotel- Close to Shopping

Recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Cincinatti-Northeast in April 2018. Went there for 1 night. Spent the day at the nearby IKEA-West Chester and then did a short drive to the Hyatt. GREAT HOTEL- super quick check in, modern decor, and had a large room that included a couch, extra sink, table and overlooked the pool area. The FREE breakfast was much better than other hotels and you get to eat it in the modern lobby. The hotel is in a very new, safe area. VERY close to tons of shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants. Overall, I was very pleased.
