“The hotel and staff are fabulous. We booked a suite. We were put in the Rhythm tower. We were fine with the room except the sink was slow to drain, and the sofa had some stains. I went to the front desk the following day to ask for a sheet to throw over the sofa. They insisted we should move to another room. Sent up concierge to move rooms. In my opinion, this is what good service looks like in this day and age. Highly recommended the Jag.”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
