“Excellent communication with the property owner. Replaced towels very quickly as well as additional hangers. The unit is probably best suited for single travellers as the bed is small and the “second bedroom” is actually an office with a small desk in it. There is nowhere onsite to store luggage which is really unfortunate for travellers. The unit could use some finishing (walls are scuffed, outlets need refinishing) but the unit was very clean and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Some……

“We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. ”

“房間的門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，就算更換了另外一個房間，門鎖仍然是壞的，他們兩次安排技術人員前來修理兩個房間的門鎖，說是「結構性問題」無法修理。幸好我們有經驗的旅客，我們能夠自行在房門安裝警報器，否則房間不能上鎖如何能夠安心睡覺呢？酒店的接待員，職員，全部十分友善，點讚。可是酒店本身有「結構性問題」待解決。The lock on the room was out of order and could not be locked. Even if another room was replaced, the door lock was still cannot be locked. They arranged two technicians to come and repair the door locks of the two rooms. They said that the locks have "structural problem" which cannot be repaired. Fortunately, we are experienced travelers. We……
