“We were welcomed immediately upon arrival and had a very comfortable and quiet stay. Our room was very clean and updated. The lounge at the top floor had a limited menu however, very good. They also offer a delicious breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great view of the harbor and lake.”

“My sister and I felt we had stepped back into the 60's. Everything was retro and very clean. Only thing was that adjoining rooms got up in the wee hours of the morning, waking us up.”

“After a storm the hotel power went out from 3:30pm until 11:30pm. Guests were not provided with any information on power restoration ETA. The restaurant closed for dinner two hours early without notice and didn’t serve breakfast, only fruit and granola bars at the front desk (only the lobby and restaurant had power). The front desk won’t answer calls from third party booking services making it a problem to get any type of refund. We were not offered to be walked to another property with power……

“Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”
