The neighborhood was quiet and there were very few people on the beach. The only down side was the aggressive mosquitos but the host did prepare us for that."

"Great property within a very short walk to beach. We used the property while there to participate in a fishing tournament. It has everything needed on site, so hassle free after a long on the water fishing. You can park your boat on the property in front of the house which is great. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a gate requiring a code to get into the community. The check in process was a breeze."
