Very nice

Pros: Easy access
Cons: Mattress was too soft needed to be harder.
Location: Good
The front desk very helpful. The waitress in resturant very friendly.

RENOVATIONS

Pros: I really enjoy the views from the hotel.
Cons: Improvements are being made near the pool and fitness area. Lockers bathroom etc.. All needed
Location: Within a 25 minute drive you can enjoy the space museum and zoo.
The stay at the hotel was pleasing. The only unpleasing part was the renovations that was taking place. However overall the hotel was pleasing.

This is what you expect from a Best Western. Nothing fancy. Just a clean comfortable bed for the night. Oh, and breakfast buffet!

Large group event at hotel... group was unruly and staff was not able to or unwilling to correct the situation... group was creating a great deal of noise during evening hours making it difficult to sleep.

Very Good, Pet-friendly hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Elevator inspection was out-of-date.
We needed a one-night place to stay on our return from Cape Cod on our way home in Washington DC. This was a perfect stop (Northern Pennsylvania) with reasonable rate, nice grounds, very good facilities and a reasonable pet fee for a one-night stay.

Perfect for our pet...nice size property!

Best place we stayed on our travels, had stayed in a Baymont Hotel which was disgusting and a Sleep Inn and Suites , also gross...the best western was great! Need more best westerns off 95 from Virginia thru Carolinas and Georgia!!!

This hotel is not worth $180

The first room I was given two doubles, and when I entered the room I noticed the lamp shade was broken, and hanging off the seams, the bed had been slept in and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. The second room was also two doubles, it smelled like baby diapers, the sheets were not completely tucked in the bed, one bed had no mattress pad and the sheet had a little dirty on it at the top by the pillow---granted I may have been a little grossed out by the first room, but still I could pay $80 to get a less than perfect room. I asked for another room, which was a king, and it was very nice, clean, and the beds were well made. The breakfast was good, and the staff woman was exceptionally understanding, accommodating and nice. I was there in the late evening of June 30---I think you should give that woman a raise.

The pool was dirty

My kids and I got ear infection from the pool not being clean ! The beds in my room were full size to small ! The blow drier was detached from the wall !

Disappointed with room placement.

I was shocked to find I was placed in a pet friendly room. I could smell the urine in the general space. The room itself was very nice and clean.
