“The room is well located for those who plan to visit the Taj Mahal. The accommodations are good for the hotel’s category, and the staff are extremely kind. We were very well treated and had a great welcome from the beginning. The only inconvenience happened at the end of our stay. Due to a lack of procedure, the hotel did not check whether we had returned the room key at checkout. We left calmly, and while we were already on the street heading to catch our bus to another city, we were informed……
