"Great location! Walkable to matsuyama city station and the JR station. Right across the street from tram stops. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Breakfast was average, but definitely not the worst we had in Japan! Nice to be able to get a tea or water after a day out. "

The accommodation itself was just a house and it's located in the residential area so it was very quiet. 住宅地のど真ん中にあり、普通の民家でした。 いい意味でも悪い意味でも「暮らすため」の家ですので、羽目を外し過ぎないよう、泊る側は気を遣う必要があるかと思います。 でもその分、キッチンや洗濯機があり、長逗留や、松山に土地勘のある人なら、価値を利用し尽くせる滞在場所と言えるかと思います。 "
