my wife and I were married here 19 years ago. We had not been back to Maui since then and wanted to stay here for sentimental reasons of course. We were visiting family in town for another wedding. Pros The grounds and pools are still lovely. Plenty of lounging space throughout the 3 pools. Food ...
What a gem! Exceptional staff, location, beach, and room. The food is great and so are the cocktails. We love this hotel.
Great place but small pools and hot tub. Very nice staff. Be aware there's no resort fee but they charge $15 a day to park your car and parking sucks. Or pay $20 a day for valet.
The Grand Wailea is a beautiful hotel with great pools and access to the beach. Our room was very nice, and we were upgraded to a room with a pool/ocean view with easy access for my kids. I loved everything about this hotel, except the price. We justified some of the expense as it was also a couple ...
We had a great time at Honua Kai, We've stayed in other hotels in Kaanapali and it always felt too busy & cramped. So we did a little research on Honua Kai which is just a few blocks north & its like day & night. Its so much more quiet & relaxing here like what we needed this time for a "real"vacation. ...
Hotel and staff were awesome, but the price of food was rediculous, especially the breakfast buffet... $90 for 2 people and the options are slim. Definitely stay at this resort, but rent a car and drive for food. Great restaurants within 15 min.
Good location to beach and other locations, being able to access Royal Lahaina facilities helped greatly. Friendly staff, who were willing to make sure you were comfortable. 15 minutes walk to whalers village with shuttle access to Front St.
We enjoyed our stay at Napili Kia. It has a close grocery store, great snorkel beach itself and an awesome one next door. I got to swim with the sea turtles, see many fish, a moray eel, and an octopus. It was really nice having the kitchen for a quick breakfast and for keeping drinks cold.
It’s hard not to feel like a rock star when you travel to Hawaii. With near-perfect weather and every luxury at your fingertips, Maui is a dreamland. Make it a 5-star trip with a stay at your pick of Maui luxury hotels.
Get your vacation started at somewhere breathtakingly beautiful: the Kula Botanical Garden.
Founded in 1968, the garden is home to a wealth of exotic plants and vines. Make some time to walk through the Orchid House, which blooms February through April, and the Fuscia House, which blooms in summer. No matter the time of year, go explore Dragon’s Teeth beach. The ocean crashes against the rock formations in epic proportions. Next, bring your lucky tees to any of the sprawling golf courses on the island. Whether you want to tee off at Waliea Emerald or anywhere else, you can enjoy scenic views and island breezes.
