As soon as I opened the door, I felt some kind of smell in the first assigned property. We asked for a change due to my allergies. Customer service were very helpful and checked in with us with a very good beach front view property. Thank you

The best thing about it was the new elevator, very fast and very quiet. The hotel had ZERO air conditioning. Weather was muggy and humid in APRIL! This property’s best days were 30 years ago. Will never book again, and will warn others to steer clear.

This property is located across the street from the beach. We had a balcony with a beautiful view, sunsets, whales, etc. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious, full kitchen, washer dryer. No ac but not needed with windows and breezes. The road in front of the resort is very busy so this also means lots of road noise. Staff was friendly, they let us stay at the pool on the day we checked out because we had a late flight.

We loved how beautiful our room was,and we where on the ground level and right outside was the swimming pool and Sauna. And the workers there were so friendly and approached, knowledgeable ❤️. We definitely would rent again with you folks. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

I didn’t expect the Maui Suite to be so nice with two bathrooms too! Upgraded bathroom and kitchen was nice. Only thing was that there was a lot of traffic noise, but we got use to it in few days. Beautiful views from the balcony.

We loved the room. It was like staying in an apartment I liked that it had a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the courtyard from our balcony. We were with in walking distance to the beach. There was a beautiful view of the sunset every night. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Not having air conditioning really made the place suck. It was a nice location and the people were great. A/C is a must for hotels in this area. The room is unbearable. Secondly, if you have the windows open at night (and without the ac you have to) you will hear the conversations of the patrons from the restaurant beside and all the illegal parked people who access this complex. We found other accommodation on the second night. It was unbearable.

Would definitely stay here again. Room had everything we needed. Close to a lot of beaches and places to eat. Close to the beach. Staff was very nice.

We just stayed here with our 2 young kids. The vibe is one of an intolerance for children and it was super uncomfortable staying there. We had a guy on the fourth floor harass our children from his balcony, yelling at them to stop “horse playing” when they were literally just laughing and falling into the pool from sitting on the edge. We felt uncomfortable going to the pool area or even existing with children there, which is a shame because the room was well set up for our family, had everything we needed, was clean. The room and facilities were actually really great! But with the harassment experienced we would never stay there again, particularly since it seemed that the people in the unit yelling at our children live there full time and harassed other kids and parents while we were there as well. We could have spoke to the manager, but on our short vacation we chose to go the non-drama route and just spent more time on the beach. I should also mention that the lady at the front desk at check in was lovely!

The property is a little outdated. Our refrigerator was leaking water and the room was not cleaned very well. Hair in the shower and dirty towels.

I liked the rooms and beds with an extra tv in the master bedroom. I did not appreciate the lack of ocean view. As a side note for maintenance, the ice maker appeared to leak and the fan in the master bedroom was noisy.

It is a well cared for, albeit older, resort. We knew goin in that it wasn’t air conditioned, but with ceiling fans and open windows it was comfortable. The only real problems were ridiculously narrow parking spots and difficulty finding the entrance to our room. I think if they printed a small map of the property to share when guests check in, they could mark the correct entry points and that would solve the problem.

We have been here twice before. You need a car. The beach across the street is not swimable but great to watch and walk. Many places to visit nearby. Better beaches 20mins drive away. We like quiet so this is a great place for us. Staff very nice, front desk to maintenance, clean, well kept. Love the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms

Since there is no air conditioning you have to keep the windows open and the neighbors below us were so loud. We loved the room and the property was really beautiful. The kids loved the pool too. We were really happy with our stay. I just wish they would have had ac that would have been really nice.

This was an excellent rental with easy parking and a very comfortable apartment. It does not have A/C, but we didn’t need it with the excellent breezes and the view was fabulous from unit 503. I might not stay here in summer when it is hotter, but the fans and windows would work well most of the year

Everything was pretty much alright except the fact that the units don’t have actual windows but rather “screens”. You can literally hear people’s steps from the bedroom. Impossible to sleep past 8am from the noises.

I stayed at this property on previous trips. Nice, clean condo with a kitchen. Affordable compared to other Maui properties. No AC, could be an issue during the hotter days if you need a really cold room.

Perfect Holiday Location
Beautiful location with great views of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept with your typical beach motif. The kitchen had almost everything you could need for normal cooking. We used the BBQs several times throughout our stay as well. The pool and hot tub occupied our evenings quite well. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, even let us into their magic closet of beach goodies to borrow during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next Maui adventure!

The property was very load at our room. The staff were making lots of noise before 7 AM and after 11 PM slamming doors, gates, yelling and talking outside windows. Quiet hours were no followed. When booked on Expedia was shown with A/C. Both Expedia and management blamed the other party and we were stuck in the middle paying for it. To cool the room had to leave windows and shades open, but this let in light all night lights on the owner and staff building. There were ants in the kitchen and living room. Very little offered in room and poor bed quality. Would not recommend especially during warmer and more busy time of year.

The property was very close to beach. There were good parking. Kitchen was good with clean utensils and a dishwasher. But they gave us a room on the first floor right next to the elevator which was very noisy and we couldn’t get good sleep.

Great site! Large spacious apartment-like unit with everything we’d need for an extended stay. Beautiful pool area. Great value! We paid the same price here for two nights that we paid for one night at a terrible hotel near the airport. The on-site restaurant (Isanas) is fantastic! The hotel is a bit removed from the bustle and businesses of South Kihei but it takes just a few minutes to drive there and to the more swimmable beaches. Location is convenient to Maalea Harbor - for sailing tours and the aquarium and more.
