It is very old in appearance and feel. The staff is very helpful but the hotel needs a face lift. For instance, the wicker on the desk chair has holes and webbing that is in shambles.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! The outside courtyard was absolutely beautiful! The outside grounds were well kept. The carpet inside the halls and rooms was not clean, we were uncomfortable going without footwear.

It was an ok hotel for $150 but I paid close to $500. Poorly represented in the advertising. Initial room assignment was an upgraded room after booking to ensure an ocean view. It was a first floor room facing the parking lot. The checkin girl said the it was “shown as an ocean view in our system”.Won’t be going there again.

The hotel was adequate. This certainly wasn't worth the money we ended up paying for one night after booking 2 months in advance. The Good - the rooms were clean, had the basic amenities you need and the outside of the hotel in the grassy courtyard was pretty. The restaurant was decent and the staff were courteous especially the shuttle driver. The bad - over priced for what you get. The hotel is very dated and dingy. That includes the hallways right into the rooms. The beds were just adequate. The breakfast though basic, was cold... the eggs, meat, pancakes, etc. The bottom line is this hotel would be recommended if their pricing was inline with what they offer and unfortunately this time it was over priced.

Over priced and they charge you for parking and resort tax after we already paid it on the sight. The room wasn’t that clean and we were in the room father street and had a hard time sleeping due to road noise. Roach in the bathroom and the tub was not clean at all. Don’t recommend this place and rather have slept in my car.

Customer service is bad. Front desk staff are not welcoming and not attentive to incoming guest. We overheard staff talking to each other about other people while attending to us. The place looks old, it needs upgrade. Parking is not free. It is “first come first serve”.The location is ok. It is close to malls and convenient stores. You get what you paid for.

Rooms were clean and that’s about it. Prepaid in advance and then when I checked in they told me I owed another $70 for the resort fee. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and they still called my room at 9:30 in the morning saying that maintenance was trying to get in my room. It turned out that all they were doing was replacing the phone in the room. This was something that could have been done after I checked out. What is the point of a do not disturb sign if your staff are still going to disturb you in the morning? I will not be returning, it was not worth the money.

Stayed a single night before leaving. Close to airport, shopping, a great fish restaurant. They have a shuttle to the airport, nice view of the bay, rooftop pool. It’s all good. It’s a little dated, but that’s ok.

There were several pros and cons about this place. Biggest Pros: a private, not crowded beach, and it was conveniently located to the airport and was easy to get to other locations on the island quickly. Biggest cons: the room was extremely small, there was only a shower stall barely big enough for 1 person. And the room was not even close to sound proof. You could hear everything in the halls. The beach was littered with trash along the property bushes.

A great place to spend a couple of days after our flight home was cancelled. We have a couple of kids (10 & 12) and there was plenty to keep them occupied at the property. Shuttle to the airport was convenient.

This hotel is definitely showing its age - leaky toilet, mold in the bathtub/shower area. At $260/night (plus 'resort fee' of $20 $15 parking fee as you check in on top) it should really offer you significantly more than a $90 motel in middle America would give you. Sure it's near the water, but it's not a beach - you're really on a harbor, and not a charming or cute harbor at that.
