Nobody is there with any knowledge of the Room!

We chose this hotel based on the reviewes in the Expedia. While booking, Expedia did not give any details regarding the check-in check-out process. The office at this condo gets closed at 2PM (Saturday, Sunday closed). We happened to call the office and was told to pick up the keys from a locker box and they gave the locker combination. The next day, we got an envelope with some coupons and the floor plan. Nobody gave any details about the check out process. We came to know that the room (4-th floor facing ocean) did not have A/C and when enquired, the office lady did not know anything about the room. The bathroom fan stopped working the next day. When we told the office, again that lady said it would be a while that they would repair that. And, they did not, till we left the room after five nights. They provided two and half rolls of bathroom tissue and two small pieces of bath soap. The conforter in the closet was reeking with urine smell. No direct access to ocean in front. The small pool was too small a pool.
