“位於市中心，交通出行方便，周围吃饭选择多，酒店有重新装修，但是冰箱没有换，经常起动声音很响，特别是晚上睡觉时，影响睡眠质量。老空调不能调风及温度，吹得感冒了”

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“The check-in experience was extremely poor. We waited over an hour for the host to arrive with the key and were left standing outside under a tree during that time. Multiple phone calls were made, but the host showed a lack of accountability and did not offer any apology. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work upon arrival. We had to call several times before the issue was resolved, which turned out to be a dead battery in the remote. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and……

“They are thieves and scammers. They denied the online payment and asked me to pay again. When i reported the matter to the police, the man threatened to kill me. At dawn, they owner would come knock at my door so hard to disturb my sleep. They are wicked people. All these events happened so fast within a day. I left on the second day without getting the back the money i paid online for 14nights plus the additional 14 nights extra money i paid. I lost all my monies. The police could not help. All……

“服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”

“Chambre plutôt bien et spacieuse, literie confortable ; finitions un peu baclée (salle de bain) donc dommage car sinon la déco est bien et le fait que cà soit directement vue sur piscine est très agréable (nous avions la chambre 123). Belle piscine mais très petit bout de plage. kids club sans animateur sur place et buffet assez médiocre. Le spa est très bien parcontre mais les prix ne sont pas si abordables.”
